I felt compelled to leave a review about my experience here!…read more I just moved into the area from Florida with a 6x12 trailer. I was not familiar with this Uhaul location but its literally less than 5 minutes from where I will be staying. When I walked in I was greeted by JULIE who was at the service desk. As well as returning the trailer I also needed storage. Uhaul offered 1 free month of storage with my oneway rental (straight forward no strings attached) which was awesome! JULIE first set me up with my storage space and showed me the unit. She got me all checked in quickly and courteously. I had a spill in the trailer and told her after I emptied it would leave, wash it out and come back. She told me I could use their cleaning supplies and water hose, which even though I was staying so close, would save me a lot of aggravation. Pulling this trailer around, backing it up, turning etc, you have to be careful. So that was so convenient after having to unload a full trailer, by myself, in that heat! When I started unloading my things I realized the space I chose would be too small. I went back to JULIE who stopped what she was doing and made the change for me, still smiling, still genuinely courteous! She made the whole thing such an easy and pleasant experience! She really exemplifies "customer service", is friendly and a person any company would want to have as the face of their business! I hope she is appreciated by the manager/company and is rewarded for her efforts!!!
