Took my old beater car in to have the interior cleaned after having driven it for four years in the worst conditions and never cleaning it once. Exquisite Care Care made the interior look like it was new! Every little nook, cranny and crevice was touched, down to the smallest seam. It also smelled so clean and fresh you would not believe I smoked in it for all those years. This company is by far the best at what they do, and the customer service is second-to-none. But now it is summer and it started to smell rank. From what I read it seems the battery needs to be disconnected to remove the passenger seat to thoroughly clean the carpet on the passenger side. I took it to Exquisite Car Care in Wixom and they did an awesome job. I live just a mile away and they even delivered it when they were finished. Now, that's it for the good.. he has absolutely no sense of time whatsoever! Not only can he not show up on time, or even on the same day as your appointment time.. he does a mediocre job at best. A child could have done a better job than what was done, and that's not a joke. I am really shocked at his ratings, after all, that's why I hired him. For the price I paid, I expected the whole inside to be clean, after all, that's what I paid for. The job I got wasn't worth $20! I got a hold of him yesterday to (politely) let him know that the car was still really dirty, and that I also have pics. He responded by saying he would come back today by 4:30pm while it's still daylight to clean it again for no charge this time. I did really appreciate that response. Now that it's just under 3 hours past when he was supposed to show up, with no call or text.... I am very upset! I'm mad now that he didn't even say he's sorry at the very least. I am a very reasonable and rational person. If he were to have shown up today, I would have reviewed him with 5 starts even considering what happened. I believe in second chances. That's why when he didn't show up when he said he would many times, I let it go. Trust me, I really want to be writing a good review right now, but he didn't even make it to my place to make up for his mistakes. The Service we requested was listed by them as follows: Exterior hand wash including tires, wheels, and door jams. Removal of bugs and light tar and tree sap contamination. Windows cleaned inside and out. Gloss tires Blow out and vacuum all interior fabric to remove free standing dirt and debris Wipe interior plastics (Dash, door, cupholders), and trunk area. Paid an extra $50 for a van. Lot of debris not vacuumed from floor and seats. Their excuse was that the service I requested was for 2 hours and that wasn't enough time to do a good quality job.

I would not recommend for very dirty cars, it's ok for a regular maintenance wash. My car was pretty dirty, but you would think the attendants would use their power washers to spray out visible dirt. My car is also black so it had many places with dirt still visible. I didn't go back to speak with management, i just went elsewhere so i can't comment on customer service. Upside, Vacuums work well and there's a gas station onsite, one stop shop.
