It seems silly and nonsensical, so I finally made the decision to get the rear passenger windows tinted. Overall we had a great experience. The appointment was easy enough to schedule, and they were very prompt once we arrived. The man at the front desk was very friendly and informative. He walked us through all the various grades and asked us what our goals were and matched them to our interior. At no point did we feel like we were getting upsold. We were walked through what matched our needs and no more. The experience was a great example of how a strong business can operate and everyone feels satisfied. We'll absolutely recommend this business to anyone and everyone, and we'll no doubt be back if the need arises. Extra shout out for the attention to detail. You can't roll down your windows for a few days after the tint is added... so they tastefully put painter's tape over the power window buttons to protect you... from you. Chef's kiss.

After letting the windows dry for 24 hours, all the spots that looked like imperfections had disappeared, and I couldn't be happier with the job they did. I highly recommend Performance Tint!

Why? Apparently they had to remove some panels under our van to coat the frame well. OK. But the kid who removed the panels left early, apparently he never documented how these FACTORY STOCK insulation panels mount. So NO-ONE at the shop could figure out how they attach... Our van was on hold for 3 more days until the kid came back to work.. guess what! He doesn't remember either!!! Auto-One did reach out to the local ford dealer for advice. But suffice to say, that didn't help. They literally told us good luck, for us to install them, and knocked a measly $50 off the bill. WTF!? So now we're crawling underneath the van to figure out this puzzle... What kind of shop removes something and cannot figure out how to put it back together!? And then says TOO BAD! And makes the customer do it??? Unbelievable, we can't stop talking about this!!

My wife had previously used this business to tint her son's truck, so I felt comfortable bringing…read moremy car there. Unfortunately, my experience was very different. I was originally quoted $795 to tint the windows and smoke the front and rear lights. The owner also said he would give me a $50 discount. I paid a $100 deposit and was told the remaining balance would be $650. When I picked up the car, the work was not completed properly. Both front side windows had visible bubbling in the tint. After a lengthy discussion, the owner agreed to redo the side windows and also add the rear light tint, which he said had been left off. When I returned to pick up the car again, I was surprised to find that I was charged extra $200 for the rear light tint, even though I understood it was included in the original quote. On top of that, the owner also took back the original $50 discount he had promised. Part of this is my fault for not getting the complete quote in writing before the work began. However, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. The quality of the initial work was poor but he did correct the defects, more importantly the pricing changed during the process. Overall, I did not find the business to be trustworthy Which is everything for me.
