First and foremost, I was in search of a company that serviced Commercial Glass and Doors. I've…read moreplaced several calls into different companies and they all suggested I try Dorglass, so I did. It's been approximately a year now that I've been working them with Chris Pagel as my Point of Contact. Chris has been stellar in executing my jobs. He carries with him 20+ yrs of experience in the industry, he's very thorough and produces quotes for me within 24 hrs sometimes the same day of assessments. He goes above and beyond to insure quality installs and repairs. Dorglass is a stellar company for Commercial/Residential Glass and Door service. I highly recommend them. The entire staff is awesome to work with.

I purchased a new townhome in May on the west side of the metro. The HOA requested that two main…read morewindows be replaced due to fogginess and they gave me a deadline of 7/1/26. They recommended Dorglass who came out and measured the glass panes the last week in May. I also ordered a new patio door to replace the old one and was told by Dusty that it would arrive within 6-8 weeks. The glass panes arrived on the final day of the HOA deadline, but the size of the replacement panes were wrong. The installer attempting to install them only realized it after removing the foggy panes, and then he broke an entirely different pane in my window in the process. Dusty re-ordered them the following week. The panes were en route to my townhouse for the 2nd time weeks later when they somehow broke in the transportation. They re-ordered them a third time and were finally installed mid-August. Remember the patio door the I ordered in May? It also didn't arrive until the 2nd week of August. Communication was a constant struggle throughout the entire ordeal. Emails and phone calls typically were not returned for weeks. I finally drove up to their headquarters to meet Dusty and to be sure they were an actual company. Dusty was not available. The only person in the entire company who seemed to care about my situation was the receptionist. If you have glass/door issues, find someone else.

If you've been thinking about permanent outdoor lighting, I highly recommend Groovy Homes and…read moreTruLight! I've been researching permanent lighting for about 3 years. I've compared a lot of different systems, and I'm pretty particular about what I wanted. We've also been spending around $900 every year to have traditional white Christmas lights installed and taken down, so I was ready for a better long-term solution. When I connected with Nick at Groovy Homes, what really stood out was his professionalism and how well he explained the differences between the lighting systems. He took the time to walk me through the technology, explain what actually mattered, and answer my questions. After doing my own research for three years, I really appreciated talking with someone who knew his product and could explain why it was a good fit rather than just trying to sell me lights. Because I was already familiar with many of the leading brands after three years of research, Nick was able to compare them with TruLight and clearly explain where TruLight stood apart. What impressed me most was that TruLight wasn't just another option. It seemed to take the best ideas from the industry and build on them with meaningful improvements. Even though TruLight was newer to me, after seeing the differences firsthand, it was the clear choice for our home. TruLight checked all my major boxes: 48-volt power without needing power boosters, high-output lights, a lifetime warranty, and color-matched aluminum tracks that blend into the house instead of leaving obvious lights hanging off the roofline. TruLight also had some features I hadn't come across in my three years of comparing systems: 6 LEDs per light for great light output Three different white-light options to achieve a more natural, warm-white look 16-bit color for more precise color control Lights that move to music Motion-detection lighting A lifetime warranty One of the biggest surprises for me was realizing these aren't just Christmas lights. I originally started looking for a way to stop paying to put up and take down holiday lights every year. But the ability to use them as year-round architectural accent lighting was a huge selling point. You can highlight your home's rooflines and features with elegant, everyday lighting, then switch things up for Christmas, other holidays, birthdays, game days, or any celebration. That versatility was a real differentiator for me and made the investment even more appealing. Choosing the right lights is only part of the equation, though. Having someone who knows the product, takes pride in the work, and installs everything so it looks like it belongs on your house makes all the difference. Nick and Groovy Homes delivered on that, and the finished installation looks fantastic! My wife was super impressed by how well the lights are hidden during the day! If you're considering permanent lighting, give Nick at Groovy Homes a call. I spent three years researching the options, and I'm happy to answer questions about what I learned and why we chose Groovy Homes and TruLight.

I needed window cleaning done in a fairly short amount of time, and Nick helped make the entire experience so seamless. The value is incredible worth it - the quote I got was not only quick, but it was so accurate. No random hidden fees or extra charges. I will continue to recommend Groovy Homes for future home needs. They are fantastic!

Therefore, when…read moreI needed a service call recently, I contacted Rise and Shine and was able to get someone to come out the very next morning. Rise and Shine took care of my issue and I started to discuss my old, very loud, chain driven garage door opener. The repair person was Dan Deluka, who after the service call, took the time to update me on the advancement of garage door openers in the last 20 years (the age of my opener) and what I would gain by replacing my old, noisy opener. I want to stress that I was one who asked to be educated; it was not a case of Dan trying to sell me an opener after the service call for the door. Dan did a great job of explaining the options and the improvements made since my old opener was installed. In the end, I decided upon a model. Dan was able to install it in a very short amount of time and I was completely satisfied with both the product and the installation. I have found that, although Rise and Shine isn't the least expensive option, it's a company that stands behind their products and services. This means a lot and it's the type of integrity and customer service that is very rare these days. I confidently recommend this company and the management that runs the company.

The technician did a great job. I had an issue with the price he charged. Once Josh got involved, I could easily see that he was an owner who wanted to make my situation right, and he did. Once again I will say thank you Josh for your concern and your commitment to going the extra mile to make things right with your customers.
