I called Kurt's and Lisa Ann who was amazingly personable and helpful got me scheduled for tomorrow.I got a call a little while later that someone could come out today!BONUS! So John gets to my place a short time later,does a very thourough inspection after asking me what the issue is. He was amazing in his explanation of how my ac unit operates so I now have a very good understanding of the basics.
