I had taken my car to Service King in Bastrop where I lived at the time, for an estimate to fix a couple of small things. Their bid was for $1,100!!! couldn't pay that much for what needed top be done, so I figured I'd just live with it - and hate it. Then I moved to Burnet, and read about Bulldog Bodywerks in "the best of Burnet 2018" newspaper. Figured I'd give them a try. I was blown away by 1) their promptness in getting the estimate to me, 2) the reasonableness of the price, and then 3) how quickly they got the job done. They did a GREAT job, and even vacuumed by car and washed it. I am very happy with the work they performed, the price and they charged. If you need body work done, these are the guys to give you a fair shake. Thank y'all so much!!

I had my car in there to repair dents and no one gave any updates and I had to call or text them several times to get any response on when the cars would be done since it was done past the date they originally told me. All of this is fine for a little more time if only there were updates given. But I needed to know since we only had a rental for a few more days. And I wonder if we never contacted them as much as we did if we'd would have been waiting for a lot longer. Now I'm trying to reach someone to finish up the paint they said they would do and no one is responding. We were told someone would be coming out to our house do the paint and no one is responding. The only reason I would not come here again is the poor customer service. It really means a lot to have good customer service.
