Mine was one of many cars damaged by hail in March. I got a repair appointment and dropped my car…read moreoff. My car was taken apart and sat at their shop for over 3 months in a field in the back. Each week my pickup date was extended, for either the same reason as the previous week or another excuse, long after my rental car expired. They stopped answering my calls, wouldn't allow us to pick up my car and take it elsewhere because it was in pieces. After MANY phone calls and frustrations, I got my car back. It looks great so the work was good, but it smelled terrible, like dirty carpet, and there are spider webs in my car regularly now and the door frames were full of dirt and leaves after being left open outside for so long. There was no sense of urgency to return ANY of the hail damaged cars and our frustrations fell on deaf ears. I tried to use a local business, but will NOT consider Bulldog Bodywerks for any future repairs.

Jerry (owner) took care of all the insurance matters. The insurance company tried to cheap out but he stayed on them until they finally sent an assessor on site and he pointed out everything in detail and was able to get all the proper parts and paint to completely restore the car like new. Jesse, Zach and Juan did amazing work restoring the body back to 100% factory and the paint job that Jesse did was amazing. The paint was a very complicated tricote candy red, But after Jesse had it in his paint booth it came out looking brand new. I needed a top up of refrigerant for the AC which was going to cost me a lot of money on the side but they were able to do it and did so I just the cost of the expensive refrigerant. I had my car in there to repair dents and no one gave any updates and I had to call or text them several times to get any response on when the cars would be done since it was done past the date they originally told me. All of this is fine for a little more time if only there were updates given. But I needed to know since we only had a rental for a few more days. And I wonder if we never contacted them as much as we did if we'd would have been waiting for a lot longer. Now I'm trying to reach someone to finish up the paint they said they would do and no one is responding. We were told someone would be coming out to our house do the paint and no one is responding. The only reason I would not come here again is the poor customer service. It really means a lot to have good customer service.

The Porsche especially was a challenge because of the difficulty in locating new tail lights but I am totally pleased with the results. There was also a screw-up on the part of my insurance agency and they paid Superior Dent Solutions twice, but got the issue rectified in short order. Their service is superb and I highly recommend them for dent repair.

No one else would touch it. Others told me it would take months to get parts from overseas or that it was just going to be totaled. I took it to a local bodyshop who took it in and said they had a PDR guy that could handle it. Two weeks later it was returned. All of the damage was repaired using paintless dent repair and there were NO signs of previous damage. I learned it was Black Diamond Auto Werks who performed the PDR work.
