It wasn't super worried about getting these stains out, as I doubt anyone will be looking that closely, but I just wanted it freshened up and pressed. $85 for cleaning and pressing. One week. It looks like new! Very white, all the spots are gone, and I didn't see any beads missing. Then again, I didn't look very closely. I'll keep going here!

For example, we paid $28 recently to get a pair of pants, a full suit and a dress dry cleaned. They are located downtown, which is on my husbands way home from work. Their hours are a little shorter than other dry cleaners in town as they are only open until 6:30pm on weekdays. However, this is just something we keep in mind and plan accordingly. Typical turnaround time is two days, but they can get it done faster if necessary. The place doesn't look the cleanest or most organized, which concerned me at first, but those concerns have been put to rest. We have yet to take a challenging issue to them (a bad stain, for instance), but for basic dry cleaning this is a good option.

I responded the same day (2/10/2026) and have yet to hear back. I have made many more phone calls. There is no manager. The employees can't help with problems. Calls and emails are not returned. I pointed out that there were other ACUs on the hanger that were pressed. I was told by the "owner", that I had to bring the them in for several months in order to get the "pressed look". I have never heard of such crap in my life. I was told to pay and that I would never get anyone in this area to do my dry-cleaning ever again. I took my ACUs to a dry cleaner in St Robert that evening. I explained what I wanted done, i.e.. cleaned and pressed and the woman agreed. I even prepaid. I received a phone call today from the cleaners in St Robert that I had to come and pick up my ACUs and that I would not receive my money back. Both of these dry cleaners need to be put out of business. They should have NO stars. And as for the price, its high since they did not do the cleaning and pressing.

Took 3 - Men's Designer coats to Robinsons Cleaners on Broadway to be Dry Cleaned before the…read moreholidays. When I picked them up they had the plastic wrap and a twist tie at the top. Put them in the car and drive home. When I got home, I removed the plastic wrap and noticed the jackets were NOT cleaned. They had visible hair (some not ours, we are not blonde), lint on them and they were not Dry Cleaned as expected. We paid $46.00 for all three to be Dry Cleaned. We called the cleaners and told them what happened and they said we could bring them back to be cleaned again. We were reluctant but decided to give them a chance to redeem themselves. Just picked them up today, 1/6/22 and they all smell moldy and not visibly clean. They seem to have been lint rolled as the hair is gone but don't feel as if they were truly cleaned. Mentioned it again to the woman behind the counter and she said she could have them cleaned again . It should not take three attempts to clean an article of clothing. Called the manager at the facility where they take them to be cleaned and she said she gave them to someone and she saw them put them into the machine to be cleaned. Either their machines are not working properly or they really just didn't clean the jackets. I feel this is terrible customer service and business etiquette. Will not return nor refer!
