I needed to wash comforters and they have several HUGE washing machines and in the smaller area there are commercial washers and dryers. It was $9.50 to use a very large capacity washer. Another plus-it's down the street from the library and I can get a book while I wait.

Several non-working machines- Found out that the washing…read moremachines with blinking white lights are operational. No one from the laundry mat portion of the business was present on site. The lovely barista from the coffee shop took my name and number to pass along and stated someone from the laundromat business would "probably" be in the building tomorrow. There were no signs on the machines. I took it upon myself to warn other people about the dysfunctional washers. I had to get more cash from the atm and then get additional change to finish my laundry since the broken machines took several of my quarters. The bright spot was the coffee lounge in the back of the building. Great coffee options and roomy comfy couches away from the whir of commercial washers and dryers.

Machine broken but no sign, stuck in wash mode for an hour, no way to contact anyone, lost 8 bucks…read morethen had to put money into another machine so I could get all the water spun out. Really frustrating. Done with this place.

(I was there…read moreFriday at 2pm and they leave at 1pm) I wanted some Oxy clean as I forgot mine and put money in their vending machine but did not get product. It was hot inside the building and there was no ventilation, which makes it really uncomfortable to fold hot laundry while sweating. Machines had a smell. :( Other people that were there though were nice, so that was a good thing as you never know. I won't be back unfortunately.

While it is relatively a tad expensive, the extra cost pays for cleanliness, super fast machines…read morethat are clean and new, the convenience of paying with an app, & early and late hours so you can work around your schedule. I called to find out their hours and i surprisingly got the owner on the phone. He was very nice, gave me a rundown of the hours and app use, and asked that if I had any problems that I please let him know. When an owner asks you that, it means they want to provide good service.
