Several non-working machines- Found out that the washing machines with blinking white lights are operational. No one from the laundry mat portion of the business was present on site. The lovely barista from the coffee shop took my name and number to pass along and stated someone from the laundromat business would "probably" be in the building tomorrow. There were no signs on the machines. I took it upon myself to warn other people about the dysfunctional washers. I had to get more cash from the atm and then get additional change to finish my laundry since the broken machines took several of my quarters. I'm not sure why this place had a low number of stars... it was clean, they had a play area for kids, tvs, snack machines, washers were big, dryers worked perfect. We were visiting from TX for a graduation at FLW. I'd recommend this place 100%, and we were there from 6-7 pm. No problems at all. read more

This place use to be really nice place to come and do your laundry. Over the past few years its really gone to hell! The floors are always dirty. Bathrooms are poorly maintained. The lights in the bathroom are horrible. The machines to do laundry are broken down and are really noisy. Prices have gone way up!!!! And yet the place looks like crap. There's cockroaches running around. The staff is to speak of. They use to have a nice big staff. The one person there now rarely comes out of the office. Generally she only comes out to smoke a cigarette outside. The last time I was here a bum was asleep on the bench. Best bet is to avoid this place and try a different laundry mat. It's honestly not that bad. It gets the job done. The washers and driers are always clean when I go. I always go randomly and there's always an attendant there when I've been there. Only down fall is that most the coin machines are always out. read more

The only laundermat in town. It's functional and practical, but nothing standout. Only 1 of the 2 money changer machines was in operation that day. As noted by another reviewer, no one knows what the wifi password is if the attendant isn't there...and on this day, he/she was not. I was there on a Friday afternoon. Dropped off a comforter to be washed on a Friday, picked it up on a Monday. When I picked it up it was not bagged. She kindly bagged it for me. When I got home and took it out of the bag I noticed a musty smell...Well half of the comforter was damp. And the musty smell was the comforter sitting damp all weekend... read more

The facility is clean and it's a quaint environment. The wifi is advertised but the password isn't posted anywhere so I'm assuming I'd have to wait until the owners are present to gain access. The children's play area is really adorable and they have a running TV. Not super crowded at this time (10:45pm) so I'm able to get a lot done. read more

Clean laundromat. Offers free wifi but when she isn't here there's no information for the password. Apparently she's only here 2 days a week. Beautiful play area available with hours indicating it's open every day of the week but it's locked when she isn't here. Annoying that the posted information is untrue. This has to be the dirtiest laundry mat I have ever been to, there is so much dirt, leaves and debri on the floor. I came to wash my queen comforter and it literally had to be mashed into their front load machine that cost $8.00, to use on warm, crazy price! The front load machines aren't maintained properly because they stink so bad, they wouldn't smell if their cleaned property. I have tried to call the number and never ever get a answer. read more

The laundry facility itself is fine. Plenty of washers and dryers. Having traveled for most of the past two years and having to use laundry facilities all over the country and world I know how much it should cost. This place is priced way too high. But all of that aside, it "claims" to have drop off laundry service everyday 9-5. But whoever is supposed to do it is never there! I wanted to drop my clothes off and have them washed then come back later and pick them up. Nope. Can't do that is no one is working. So if you want to do your own laundry, expensive but nothing wrong with the place. Perfectly fine. If you want the service they offer of dropping your laundry off? Can't do it.
