Than he said oh it was an item that was forbidden that he seen so he dumped it out and I said to pick up the other items that were allowed. But didn't. Than I said you could have knocked on my door. Dude picked up the dumpster dumped some out the back and left. Within 5 min a the staff no the managers were absolutely useless. Could have just had the driver come Clean up. Instead they tried selling me another dumpster for 600. Lmfao. Than didn't wanna resolve it. More interested in being confrontational. Will never work with this company again. Who makes fun of combat vets for brain damage. Also I'm not gay but it's 2025. So why if I was. Why is that even in the convo. Then they call my phone refusing to talk to me demanding to talk to my wife. Than says we need to take down our review which I won't. We have received less than 1 star service. Swinger Sanitation in Cuba, Honestly worst sanitation place. I have been dealing with a problem…read morewith them for over a month and a half. This started before June. The Sanitation worker broke the handles on my trashcan. Which I cut my hand open on now multiple times. I called and within 1 day a new one was sent, was the old trashcan took nope! So like one dose I called up there every single week trying to get them to take their trashcan. Everytime an ignorant woman answered never giving a name just an attitude almost like she hates her job. Not knowing that here in the city of Sullivan only has one can per house I put both at the road. While one remains full and the other still has trash in it. Mind you I have been putting both at the road now all this time. I call today trying to figure out what's going on trying to speak to someone other than Deborah (got her name because I asked her) the lady who answers the phone every-time (she acts like she doesn't). She stated she is the only one there (I asked to speak to someone other than her who has more authority) once I explained the problem again for the idk hundredth time what's going on she then comes up with the excuse that the guy who runs the truck as been out for a week and a half. I know that 1+1 = 2 so what does an issue that's been happening before June have to do with the last two weeks and someone going on vacation? When I asked will this really get done the response was he's been on vacation in and out for over a month. Realizing that clearly she's confused on what's going on and that nothing was coming of the conversation other than it " will get done", excuses, and laughing thinking shits cute. Swinger Sanitation if this is your family member ( Deborah) or just an employee because again so you know this is a family owned company maybe a conversation on respect and customer service should be in place. And I can admit yes that I have a little bit of an attitude sure but was it supposed to be handled over a month and a half ago, yes!
