Great local company, family owned and balances employee needs and customer needs. They pick up trash when it's safe and that's all I need. Thanks! read more

Unreliable; does not pick up trash despite payment; follow up is nonexistent after they were informed.

Swinger Sanitation in Cuba, Honestly worst sanitation place. I have been dealing with a problem with them for over a month and a half. This started before June. The Sanitation worker broke the handles on my trashcan. Which I cut my hand open on now multiple times. I called and within 1 day a new one was sent, was the old trashcan took nope! So like one dose I called up there every single week trying to get them to take their trashcan. Everytime an ignorant woman answered never giving a name just an attitude almost like she hates her job. Not knowing that here in the city of Sullivan only has one can per house I put both at the road. While one remains full and the other still has trash in it. Mind you I have been putting both at the road now all this time. I call today trying to figure out what's going on trying to speak to someone other than Deborah (got her name because I asked her) the lady who answers the phone every-time (she acts like she doesn't). She stated she is the only one there (I asked to speak to someone other than her who has more authority) once I explained the problem again for the idk hundredth time what's going on she then comes up with the excuse that the guy who runs the truck as been out for a week and a half. I know that 1+1 = 2 so what does an issue that's been happening before June have to do with the last two weeks and someone going on vacation? When I asked will this really get done the response was he's been on vacation in and out for over a month. Realizing that clearly she's confused on what's going on and that nothing was coming of the conversation other than it " will get done", excuses, and laughing thinking shits cute. Swinger Sanitation if this is your family member ( Deborah) or just an employee because again so you know this is a family owned company maybe a conversation on respect and customer service should be in place. And I can admit yes that I have a little bit of an attitude sure but was it supposed to be handled over a month and a half ago, yes! read more

I am not getting my trash picked up and have paid was wondering what happened if there is a reason why it hasn't been picked up for 2 weeks now read more

I am grateful for the people that pick up the trash once a week. The company sent a letter that clarifies their expectations earlier this year. I also appreciate updates posted on Facebook for holidays and inclement weather. read more

This company bought out county trash in Rolla and they haven't picked up my trash in 2 weeks. I have tried to reach them several times and they never answer their phone. read more

They suck soooo bad....they apparently bought out my old trash company but will not uphold the way our previous company handle our business. I called and they said someone would call me back A WEEK AGO...and still nothing!!! They try to screw people over so bad its unreal. I wish someone would start a new company to use around here so they could get off their arrogant high horse!!!! read more

Prompt reliable service here and always returns calls. Inclement weather disrupts the daily schedule, but always makes up for it when possible. Recommend highly. read more

Poor service and management. Called to talk to manager about trash people throwing my trash cans. Manager said they can do what they want and of I don't like it take my business elsewhere. Problem is they are the only trash company and they know it. I asked to speak to the owner and he said the owner retired and he wouldn't give my number to upper management. read more

Horrible Horrible terrible dumped our trash out on the curb when they took the trash tote, also left their camel cigarette cartons along with it, no courtesy phone call or email prior to rudely dumping 4 bags of trash onto our yard. Apparently we did not pre pay the bill for service starting September 1st. The trash was dumped on August 24th and the bill was due by September 1st. We had been customers for 2 years. The idiot on the phone has zero customer service skills. read more

I have been with this company for years they have just recently started saying the trashcans need to be along the road , but this is an apartment and you can't get this many trashcans along this narrow road and not block it? Not sure why all of a sudden after years there is a problem with the trash cans locations ? These people will leave a note with a phone number but never answer the phone. They took my money for this service but are not picking up my trash! They are causing an unsanitary environment on purpose! They have done this twice now took my money , but not my trash and won't answer when I call to see why after all these years there is now a problem ? Do not use these people they want your money just not to do the work they are paid for and they will never answer your calls!!!!!!!!!! Even if this place is cheaper it is not worth it , I would normally put well I guess you get what you pay for. but in this case I didn't !!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE PEOPLE !!!!!!!!!! I did not want to even give them 1 start , but you have to to be able to post this to warn people not to go there!!!!!!!!!! You can do better people!!!!!!!!!! read more

Swinger Sanitation - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me - Cuba, Missouri

Trash pick up is not dependable. We switched to Swinger for the price, but they don't pick up sometimes for 2 + weeks. This causes a back up in my barn as I am trying to keep trash from the dogs/coyotes. I have called and expressed my concerns to be told "We will get it next time..." not next week, not next time we are in your area - just some time in the future. No credit on our bill, no offer of help, just trash piling up. We have to keep moving the trash out so their trucks can pick up - with no idea when we can move trash can back. Very frustrating. read more

Very reliable trash pickup. If there is a holiday, they will let you know if pick up will be a day late. Their staff are very friendly, courteous and easy to work with. There is another trash pick up now available in my area but I would never switch. Swinger Sanitation has got it together! I highly recommend this company for trash pick up. read more

I have never dealt with such a craphole place like this before in my life regarding services for garbage pick up. We spoke to some idiot named Scott. We were told that someone would be by to pick up our garbage and no one showed. We called to find out what the hell was going on and Scott said that someone would be by in the next couple of days. Then they told us that they could not find our account because we have not been at our Lake House at Indian Hills Lake in Cuba, Mo. in quite sometime. Then they wanted $46 for three months when we are only going to be here for two weeks!! Thankfully are account is closed out and past services have been paid. We are done with this loser company and have found a better company for garbage services. Swinger Sanitation can jump into garbage and roll around in it and go rot in hell!! read more

I have been with this company for over 18 years. Last year I called and asked if I could have an extra trash can out with the poly cart. Sure no problem I was told. I don't always have the extra trash but sometimes I do. Then about 3 weeks ago they stopped taking the extra in can. When I called about it I was told that because I am on a senior discount (1.00) a month (woo-hoo) they will not take the extra can. No they just moved it to the driveway and left it set, still full of trash. I think if they had a change in policy they could let you know, If they needed the extra $1.00 I would have paid it, now I am looking for a different company to deal with. read more

Had a great experience with this company. Requested a 30 cu. yard. dumpster. Dropped off next day. They had the best final price that I could find. When I was done they picked up same day. They do require a hefty 500 dollar deposit. Once they weigh and process what you have thrown into dumpster they return the remaining balance. I am sure this is in case someone dumps tires or paint and they have to pay to dispose of it properly, they aren't left with the bill. read more

The absolute WORST trash company ive ever dealt with in my life even when they allow up to 5 cans seems like after 2 cans they get a lazy bug and get it back in rich neighborhoods but screw the working man read more
