Can't comment on the pediatricians here but as most of the other negative reviews have stated,…read morefront office staff extremely rude and incompetent. Called to schedule an appointment for newborn. On the phone, they ask insurance type which I provided. Appointment scheduled over the phone and I receive a text stating that I need to submit a copy of the insurance which I do. Appointment confirmed via text. I arrived at the office and they asked if I was paying out of pocket. I said I provided it via text. They said, "we sent you a text stating that we don't accept that insurance." I'm looking at the text, no text ever sent. I said they did not. They also asked me over the phone what insurance my newborn had, and proceeded to schedule the appointment. If I was out-of-network, wouldn't you have told me then on the phone and not went ahead and scheduled the appointment. Being out-of-network seems rather important. Why would you send something like that over a text message? That seems like something warranting a call (especially considering you shouldn't have booked the appt initially). But front office doesn't do that because they're rude and lazy. As I'm walking out the door and looking at the text messages between the office and myself, the front office girl then back talks and says, "oh we definitely sent a text." Avoid the lazy, incompetent front office they have employed.

Don't even bother looking at this practice, bad nurses, bad front desk services and awful drsread more

The anti-vaccer reviews on here are terrifying. Please educate yourself and how far we've come with vaccines before endangering your children and other children's lives. I can't recommend this place enough. Everyone here is caring and knowledgeable.

What doctor FORCE vaccines upon a child and has it in their company policies???? The real drug dealer is at this location. Called for an Annual check up. (Basically to have a physical form completed for Boy Scout of America, by Monday). I was told if you do NOT have all shots up to date they will NOT accept the patient. Which we are all updated. And if you do NOT wish to receive upcoming shots They will not accept you as a patient neither. Ps. No one time visit here. They motto is Stay away if you don't plan to come everyday. No thank you. Side detail note: I've been told before people are treated differently depending on the insurance ( government assistance or private). I have private insurance and still don't give you the option to opt out vaccinations for you child. Which that don't matter anyway. Everyone has the right to choose for their children. First time hearing this nonsense. It's a No for me.

Dr Kelly Sullivan is HORRIBLE. If this review was based on her services this would be a zero star review. She never pays attention to what you have to say, she will breeze in and out on newborns too. She will assume you know a lot about raising kids and when to get them to the doctor. She has horrible patient care. Refused to give my child a flu test upon request and a week later we all got the flu and tested positive at the urgent care. Unfortunately our child was too late for the window of medication and simply had to suck it up. The reason for 4 stars: Dr Schams- he is the absolute best. He answers all your questions, concerns and will make sure your child is well cared for. Dr. Parr: we often see him on weekend hours and he is also pretty good! Nurse practitioner Jane Riley is fantastic! Lactation consultant is on site (Pam) who is simply amazing. Dr Goen: she is very vested in patient care, explains everything in depth and provides you all options upon talking to her. So yes, anyone stuck with Dr Sullivan really doesn't know how the pediatrician world works when you have great doctors. You MUST have the ability to be nice to parents and learn to be patient with them. Kids don't go home and take their medicines, parents have to learn the pros and cons of a child's sickness. So being nice just to your baby and breezing past the "stupid parents" won't get you a score Kelly!
