He provides very clear communication regardless if you prefer calls/emails/text, and he was very accessible throughout the whole process. This was especially important as we were buying from out of state with the intention of moving to Austin soon. Kiel gave us recommendations for what pricing to start with and helped with negotiations as well as giving a recommendation for a home inspector so that we would be well prepared on the condition of the house during the option period. Negotiations were data-driven with comps in the area and he also provides monthly market analysis. I would definitely recommend Kiel for home buyers!

He helped me sort through my priorities and ultimately find exactly the house I was looking for. Over the years, we regularly kept in touch about the market and my home's value. When it came time for me to move, there was no question that I wanted Carson to be my seller's agent as well. His advice on pre-sale preparation and pricing made a real difference. We received an offer within two weeks, while many other units in my development had been sitting on the market much longer, even after price adjustments. Having an experienced, knowledgeable agent like Carson guiding me through both buying and selling made all the difference. I would absolutely recommend him.

I needed help renting my house after it was listed for over 2 months with no leads. As soon as I contacted the Jorgenson Group, they connected me immediately with Jackee, who was ready to work with me to update pictures for my rental as well as evaluate the current status of the listing. Her advice was super valuable, as was her entire demeanor. She was professional and to the point in all her observations. She refreshed the listing, and within 2 weeks, I had showings and soon after, an offer. It only took about 3 weeks to get the unit rented with Jackee. I cannot express enough my gratitude and positive experience I had working with her. She gave me weekly updates, revisited the listing with me, and tweaked things as needed. She was engaged and focused on getting the house rented. I had worked with realtors before, but it was hard to find someone who put excitement into my listing, as I understand there is not a lot of commission in rentals. However, Jackee treated this as a priority from the beginning, and from the customer's point of view, it made me feel at ease knowing I was working with someone who gave it time and the attention it needed.

They have done a great job responding to the tenants need and keeping my rental house in top shape. I love the fact that they are proactive in recommending repairs to various parts of the house before it becomes very expensive to fix. In addition to the superb service they provided me, they have a top notched team who treats me like family. Everyone is very professional, respectful, and caring. One of the team member whom I've had the pleasure of working with over the years is Valerie Tillery. Valerie is very knowledgeable in real estate and property management. Whenever I have a question regarding my investment property, Valerie always responded quickly with clear answers to my questions. I've always felt that Valerie takes her time to make sure that any concerns or issues I have about my property is well addressed. Under her management, my rental property was never vacant for more than a week or two between tenants. That's just the time it takes for the crew to get the house ready for the next tenant. We usually have a new tenant signed a rental agreement before the old tenant moved out. My investment house have been cash flowing nicely since my purchase. I enjoyed working with Mars Hill Realty so much that I'm in the process of closing on another property in Georgetown, Texas for them to manage. Aside from Texas, I was also looking at Florida for my second investment home. While the housing prices in Florida is comparable to Texas, the cost of investing in Florida is cheaper than Texas because they have lower property tax. So why didn't I invest in Florida? Because Mars Hill Realty does not do business there. There's no property management that I trust more than Mars Hill Realty. In fact, it was Valerie who introduced me to the neighborhood that I'm buying my second investment home in. My experience as a property investor has been really stress-free with Mars Hill Realty managing my property. Maybe not daily, but we were constantly in contact about what was happening - she'll even pick up the phone on a Saturday night! Most importantly, she genuinely cares about the person and the house. She will offer suggestions and opinions, but never push for you to do something you don't want to or take an offer that you don't think is right. In short - highly recommended. 5 stars.
