My boyfriend and I started renting from Rita over a year ago and I cannot say enough good things about our experience with her. In the past we have had to deal with some pretty awful to mediocre landlords but Rita has put my faith back into the experience of renting. Any time we have had issues with the property Rita has been very responsive and considerate with managing the problems. If there is an issue and she is unattainable (in the rare occurrences that she is) then her husband helps us out and he is also extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
