Stumbled upon this place randomly, as you know the ridgeway plaza has a lot of options so choosing a place can be overwhelming. We are glad we found this place.
Once inside, you can really appreciate the thought that has gone into making this pace stand out. One wall features the Badshahi Mosque in 3d. The adjacent wall has pictures of all memorable Pakistani individuals. There are booths, tables/chairs.
The menu has a variety of options from sandwiches, starters, stuffed naans etc. We tried a variety of dishes starting with papri chaat, my goodness this was unique and delicious, the papri was phyllo pastry, mixed with yogurt/tamarind sauce. Masala fries, were a tad bit too salty for our liking. The tawa chicken came packing in flavour and spice. It was good. The fish was cooked well, crispy on the outside, however, the sauce that it was paired with (almost like a sweet chutney) didn't work with this dish. The stuffed naan came out fresh. The dum ki chai (tea) was great way to end our meal.
The service was quick and friendly.. The owner was engaging with almost everyone. Overall, we enjoyed our meal, I'll be back to try other dishes. read more
