The server came out and said he would have to move us and see us out even further because of the dog, and that other people at the restaurant would complain... first of all there was hardly anybody dining out at the restaurant they're about to close in an hour, a big group of smoking cigars on the side, which had a strong smell and more disturbing to others yet they were allowed to sit there. Well, the server wanted to move us further away. We were already outside, not underneath the pergola per their rules and yet they want to move us out even further, saying patrons would complain about the dog?! But they won't complain about the strong cigar smell?! Ok! We got up closed our menus and left. What a snobby place. There were so many open tables. We weren't even sitting directly next to anyone that could complain about our dog, we had him on a tight leash right at the table, and our dog is trained/friendly.

They take contactless payment and cash and have nice kiosks to order food and drinks from, as well as QR code ordering to order from your bay - you still have to go grab it yourself. As for the food, the tacos were forgettable. I enjoyed the tortilla and the salsas but the meat flavor and quality were just fine. Not a taqueria but also not trying to be. The asada California burrito was great actually, paired well with the red salsa, decent size as well. A little pricier but concession food typically isn't this good, so I'll pay the price. Cajun fries were very good also. Food was out in like 5 minutes and very fresh. I'd like to return to try the breakfast burritos I've heard so much about. A server started explaining how everything worked, and I told her directly that we had already been here multiple times and did not need the introduction. One thing that already made us uncomfortable from the beginning was how some servers constantly stand around the table waiting for tips. The atmosphere felt very pressured and uncomfortable instead of relaxed and welcoming. Later, I briefly used a vape in the outdoor second-floor area. There were no visible signs stating that vaping was prohibited there, and after being reminded, I stopped immediately. The real issue was how management handled the situation afterward. Assistant Manager Chelsea approached us in a confrontational manner and accused me of "talking to her employees like that," even though I never used offensive language or disrespected anyone. We were trying to file a complaint regarding Chelsea's behavior, but manager Bryan was extremely rude from the beginning. We were not yelling or causing any problems, yet he immediately told us to leave instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally. I later went to the front desk simply asking for Bryan's business card and the names of the employees involved for complaint purposes. Instead of professionally providing the information, Bryan threatened to call security and have me removed from the property. As we were leaving, Bryan also aggressively questioned whether I had paid the bill while holding the bill folder in his hand, even though I had already paid through the app. His attitude felt intimidating and completely unnecessary. What made the situation even worse was that my 10-year-old child was present during this entire incident and was emotionally affected by the aggressive behavior and threats from management. No family should have to experience that during what was supposed to be a normal outing. This was extremely unprofessional behavior from management. Managers are supposed to de-escalate situations and help customers, not threaten customers for requesting complaint information. A formal complaint has already been submitted to Topgolf corporate regarding Bryan, Chelsea, and the handling of this situation.
