When we questioned the pricing, instead of handling it professionally, the guy tried handing over a crumpled $5 bill and held it up to my face like that was supposed to fix the issue. It felt disrespectful and dismissive. He also gave us "4 free waters," but later used that against us by saying they were originally $2.50 each. That made no sense because they were presented as free, then suddenly treated like a favor when we pushed back on the price. Overall, the experience was frustrating, shady, and completely ruined what was supposed to be a fun karaoke night. Customers should not have to argue over unclear pricing, be charged for time they did not get, or feel disrespected for asking basic questions. Save your money and go somewhere else.

And Carlton took such great care of me and my party from beginning to end. He was timely in responding to our requests despite being the only staff there! She kept throwing credits into the machine believing it did, and was highly disappointed at it despite the fact that I was generally able to tell that it didn't seem like it had this feature the first time. Despite the listing saying that this establishment was a bowling alley I could not find any bowling alleys in this one. If they're in another part of the building I'd need to be directed to them. In my opinion it is not as big as the branch in Santa Ana but functions for what we need out of it, which is entertaining ourselves with rhythm games whenever we come here. I might equalize the numerical rating of the Santa Ana branch when I go back there.

I sat at the bar area to not only have a small talk with a bartender, but also have a decent drink, my usual drink at a dive bar or sports bar is the jack and coke (Jack Daniels and Coca-cola). Gotta love it. For the food.... I got me some southwest egg rolls, and California burger. Yum. First off, egg rolls was sooooo delicious, especially with that special sauce.... really nice kick to it. California burger is so good. Added bonus, I had some sauce leftover which I've tried it on the burger. Soooo good. Cost wasn't too bad. 10.95 for the egg rolls, 18.95 for the burger, and $10 for the jack and coke. Oh, and I didn't forget to tip the lady (bartender). Funny thing is, she had no idea I'm left handed. I'm just glad my parents never smacked my left hand for writing with my left hand.
