Tee box is a bit run down. Large bucket was 18 bucks. Parking was easy and was in a shaded area which I appreciated. Not sure if there are other ranges available nearby but I went to kill some time.

This place is about halfway closer than my usual range so I thought I'd check it out one day. Based on other reviews, I think there's many different features available here but my review is purely for the driving range. I was glad to find that the range balls pricing is on the cheaper end, especially compared to other ranges in the area like Coyote Hills or Westridge. But the range mats were in pretty terrible condition. I think I've been to a decent amount of ranges and these mats were by far the worst I've ever seen. There's a few good ones here or there but majority were all scruffed up. In general, the place doesn't appear to be very well-kept and a lot of things seemed kind of rundown. Driving range itself is broken up into 2 sections (both with their own ball machines, at least) that are connected by a non-lit walkway. Sure, balls are cheap but I'd personally pay a bit more for better range condition.

Golfers paradise. No frills range that meets all the key requirements Good price. Lots of space. Shade on hot days with various targets to aim at. At night it can get super busy so come early or come prepared to wait

What used to be a sand trap. Now filled with weeds and becoming just an area with some sand scattered.

Gets the job done. Mats are raggedy, floors are a bit dirty but it's local, cheap and quiet.

Not the prettiest range, but it works. I don't mind the eye sore range since it is fairly cheap and close by my home.

Ask the Community - Golfers Paradise

Is there free wifi in the seating area?

Is this a family friendly place where kids can hit balls as well? Age limit?

Yes Family Friendly, No Age Limit

How does this work? Do you just buy a bucket, hit all the balls, then leave? Or is it by hour? Also do they provide you with hitting equipment or do we bring our own?

You pay for the amount of balls you need. Then you get a coupon for the ball machine. They will loan you a golf club if you leave your license.

Do you have to bring your golf club?

You leave your driver's license and they loan you a club.

There's no assigned bays, just get your buckets and find an empty bay and grab a California burrito in the way out. First driving range I've been to that had music playing, very family friendly environment. The music was also mainstream and kind of low in volume, so it doesn't impact your game too much if you're really trying to focus. It was extremely busy and had the overflow parking in use but still managed to find parking and a handful of empty bays at peak evening timing. They take contactless payment and cash and have nice kiosks to order food and drinks from, as well as QR code ordering to order from your bay - you still have to go grab it yourself. As for the food, the tacos were forgettable. I enjoyed the tortilla and the salsas but the meat flavor and quality were just fine. Not a taqueria but also not trying to be. The asada California burrito was great actually, paired well with the red salsa, decent size as well. A little pricier but concession food typically isn't this good, so I'll pay the price. Cajun fries were very good also. Food was out in like 5 minutes and very fresh. I'd like to return to try the breakfast burritos I've heard so much about. Will 100% come back, about a 30-40 minute drive for me but well worth the drive.

The food seals it: grabbed a tasty burrito and crispy fries (with dips!) and ate overlooking the water--perfect combo. Friendly staff, solid prices, and way better than a standard range. Highly recommend for golf + good eats in OC! (Pro tip: Hit it mid-day for fewer crowds and killer views.)

Then after losing like seven balls at Canyon crest and shooting in the upper 90s again, I finally humbled myself and realized I might need a coach In my business life- coaching had paid for itself many times over and I finally widened up and thought "why not golf too" Maybe you relate, I'd been trying to bake a cake with a million different recipes on YouTube and I knew that if I was humble enough to go and copy someone else's playbook from top to bottom just maybe I might stand a chance When I met Jay, I could tell right away, this guy knows his stuff and he spoke my language, "biomechanical efficiency", "anatomical limits", "isometric tension", and on and on You see I'm a skeptic and I'm pretty critical by nature and I challenge everything, but anything I threw at Jay he had a response for, and not only that he was able to redirect me and tell me where I'm not even asking the right questions I must admit I'm a difficult person to work with. I'm an eight on the Enneagram (a challenger), and not only is Jay gifted in his golf system, but also in his soft skills, such as being able to handle challenging people. He knew when to step on the gas and push me and he knew when I just needed a nice cold Gatorade cause I was about to explode Today I finally broke 80. He told me I would within 6 months of his coaching... and we made it Cheers Jay, to a true coach. Someone who answered my late evening and weekend texts, kept me on the tracks, kept it simple when i needed simple, and we had a few laughs along the way.

After my lessons, I walked away not only hitting the ball better, but actually owning my swing. Jay helped me understand why I miss, how to diagnose issues on my own, and--most importantly--exactly what to do to fix them. That confidence is a game-changer. What really stands out is how they make golf fun again. Instead of chasing tips, I now have the B.E.S.T. framework that makes improvement logical and repeatable. The before-and-after difference after a single lesson was eye-opening, and it's only reinforced that this is the right way to learn the game. 1 Star - Absolute Disgrace of a "Member" Experience…read more This is hands down one of the worst-run golf operations I've ever encountered--and that's coming from a paying member who has spent a substantial amount of money at this course. My experience unraveled the very first time I attempted to use my member points. Due to staff incompetence, my account "couldn't be found," which caused me to miss my scheduled tee time entirely. Let that sink in: I showed up on time, did everything right, and still lost my tee time because your employee couldn't do their job. The recovery? Laughable. I was offered another tee time thirty minutes later, during daylight savings, effectively ruining the round and wasting my entire trip to the course. No urgency. No accountability. No meaningful apology. Just indifference. And then there's management--if you can even call it that. I was told the General Manager works from home and is only physically present one day a week. For a business that survives on memberships, this is an absolute joke. When members have real issues, no leadership is available. Problems are simply passed along--or more accurately, ignored. I reached out directly to express my frustration and concerns. The response from the GM? None. Silence. Completely ignored. That alone tells you everything you need to know about how this course treats its members once they already have your money. This isn't just poor customer service--it's a systemic failure: * Staff errors that cost members their tee times * No effective problem resolution * Absent, unreachable management * Zero follow-up or accountability If you're thinking about becoming a member here, don't. Your money is welcome, but your time, experience, and loyalty clearly are not. When something goes wrong--and it will--you'll be dismissed, delayed, and ultimately ignored. Save yourself the frustration. There are far better courses that actually value the people who support them.
