I decided to drop in because there were a few upcoming birthdays I had to buy for, and they have such a great, varied selection of gift items. I bought several things- a piece of jewelry, sweet treats and a gorgeous handbag- so I was done with shopping for three special people in my life, in one place! (The Four Fat Fowl cheese is AMAZING) They also keep a cooler with a limited stock of frozen food, including lasagna, and have fresh vegetables on hand during the week. There are stationery items of Sanrio characters Hello Kitty of erasers which I have previously purchased from Amazon.com. It reminisce of a past journey to Tokyo, Japan. There are also craft items as origami paper and Faber-Castell pens. There are many graphite pencils for drawing. There are some cook books and children's coloring books. The atmospheric environment certainty depicts a Back-To-School mood or invoke to awaken your childhood days as a student. Zakka Joy also carries plush toys. I saw a mini blue cornflower vintage CorningWare for the avid cook or collector. I actually have a vintage CorningWare blue cornflower casserole dish. There are bric-à-brac objects as mini typewriter which really serves as decoration. I did not make any purchase. These objects do not captivate my interest or attention for usage to make a purchase, but Zakka Joy does joyfully captivate me for a visitation experience to browse.
