I love watching her LIVE shows on Facebook and finally went to the store and I'm hooked! I know I will be back again (and again). I love collecting crystals and found so many that I love in her store. I literally went in to pick up a couple of items and left with a bag full of treasures that I made me very happy! They carry everything you could think of from cards to crystals, to beautiful jewelry, candles, clothes, and just about anything you could imagine. So uplifting! I could easily spend a couple of happy hours there! Love the location too! Next door to a great coffee shop, a bakery, and tons of wonderful restaurants. My friend and I literally made an afternoon of our visit there, with a great dinner around the corner (thanks to Rhianna's great recommendations)! I can't wait to go back!

Owner likes to complain to Yelp when Yelp reviewers post true things about their experience with…read moreher and/ or her business in general that aren't positive, and then she gets Yelp to delete the reviews she thinks are most going to deter people from coming to her store. Owner replied to my first review I posted this week by denying our experience at her store, gaslit me and told me she was going to ask Yelp to delete my review because it was damaging to her business. Sounded like she was having a melt down over the truth getting out. I noticed after that 3 people conveniently posted on the same day positive reviews when her listing on Yelp never gets too many Yelp reviews in a short amount of time, let alone same day. Very Interesting. She must've told her employees, friends, clients and/ or followers about my review and asked or manipulated them into to feeling bad for her and going in to leave more 5 star positive reviews to boost her rating back up. Owner is damaging their own business by how she treats some people as if they're more trusted to shop there than "others" who look a certain way. Take some accountability and deliver a better customer experience to ALL people who come in and haven't done anything wrong, especially repeat customers.

The day was more important than the flower themselves, as they were to be part of the celebration. I ordered in person about a week in advance and everything was written down correctly. Business claims that the order was misfiled for a delivery day other than what I specified. Flowers when they arrived the following day, were fine, but had I not called the morning after, I do not know when they would have been delivered. Expensive too and a very modest apology. Suggestion: if you order from this business, call a few days in advance to verify your order delivery.

Not so with Dedericks in New Paltz; they are very proactive and actually call to tell you is an order has been delayed. Calling? With the big box pharmacies you may wait in a circuitous voice-activated system that is hardly what I'd consider good customer service. in contrast, calling Dedericks and with one button push you're talking to a live person within 15 seconds. if you're getting your prescriptions at a big box chain, you're missing out on a much more pleasant experience from ordering to pickup.
