Worst mani / pedi I've ever had anywhere. Just had it done 3 days ago (couldn't get in at my favorite spot) and already chipping on my toes. Just realized that my baby toe isn't even fully painted. A couple toes aren't painted all the way to the edge. Gel manicure looks horrible. Jagged edge at the cuticles and some fingers are bumpy. Thumb has pieces of something dried in the polish. I thought I would try this place because it's right around the corner and I won't be making that mistake again. First I had to go back a second time because my nails were obviously way shorter on 2 fingers on one hand than the other, my middle finger was almost comical and and lifted so much it was at like a 40 degree angle. None of that might have happened if she wasn't talking on her phone instead of paying attention to my nails. When I went back to get them fixed the woman was obviously pissed. She was using clippers to try to rip of the acrylic and cut my actual nail bed, then on my other finger she cut my flesh and never said sorry even as I was bleeding as she filed my nails which hurt like hell. She never made sure my skin wasn't glued to the nails which it is and then she did a shitty rush job filing them. Never going back, nails look like crap and injured with zero apology. read more

I keep reading this and I sound like a "Karen" but going to the salon was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I wasn't going to write anything, but I just can't let it go. I'm not a "material girl" and I'm not usually picky about cosmetic things, but I've been looking at my nails the last few days and I get so upset when I see them. My mom was taking me to get my nails done for my birthday. Kim was incredibly rude from the moment we walked in the door. We had an appointment, but they started on walk-ins before they started on us. That's when I got on yelp and saw the 1 star reviews knowing it was going to be bad, we almost left, but right as we were about to walk out, they called us back. The pedicure was fine. But my manicure was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I've worked in customer service my whole life, so I understand how hard it is , especially during a pandemic, but the way Kim acted was appalling. I added some length to my nail and when she started to put the color on, you could see through the color to where the fake nail met the real nail and see every glue mark. I asked if it would eventually be solid so it all looked like one nail and she said yes. I let her continue and trusted the process. My moms appointment finished and she came to sit next to me. I started talking with my mom saying that I was worried the color would remain see through. That's when Kim said I asked for it to be see through and if I wanted it to be solid, I should have specifically said I wanted an acrylic nail. But at the beginning of the appointment I asked if the nail would remain see through and she said no, it would be solid. She angrily began to give me an acrylic nail and passive aggressively continued to drip acrylic powder all over me. My nails were an absolute mess! When she was finished, it still looked see through and you could still see an obvious difference between my real nail and fake nail under the color. I asked if there was any way to make it so you couldn't see a difference. She then got up and picked a random gel color off the wall (hot pink) and started to paint my nails. I was originally getting a lavender purple so I was very confused why she got a hot pink. When I asked why she was painting my nails pink she ignored me and continued to paint. I said I didn't ask for pink and then she took the color off. What was left was the purple color and you could still see through it. Finally, she put a top coat on and slammed the UV light over my hand. I took my hands away and said we could just stop, I would pay for the service, and go somewhere else to get them fixed. She then grabbed my hand and yanked it back towards her to file it. I felt very uncomfortable, but I was so shocked at how she was acting, I was afraid to move lol. My mom doesn't like confrontation so we just looked at each other while Kim angrily filed my nails. When all was said and done, she said I could come back the next day to get them fixed. I will never be going back there and after 2 hours and $68 l, my nails are still purple and see through. read more

I decided to go here to try this place for a mani/pedi and it was horrible. My gel nail polish didn't last a week. They are very unfriendly and the place was not clean. They had nail clippings on the floor and they were some in the bowl next to my station. They need to be reported to the health department because they are not cleaning behind customer. read more

NEVER AGAIN!! I will never go back to lady nails because, they were poor quality all the way around. They tore some of my skin off! They were really ruff with my hands and also they ground my nails to deep before applying the false nail. Now my nail beds are extremely sore! The lady was on facetime most of the time she was doing my nails, the finished nail is rough, uneven and not even the matte finish i wanted. Just a tip of advice to anyone who wants to go here: DONT!! I waited an hour and 45 minutes to get the worse nails I've ever gotten. I asked to make an appointment after 45 minutes of waiting, the lady said they don' do appointments and they could get me in. The lady before me while waiting even said these are the worst nails she's ever gotten, and she will never be coming back again. I asked her for short, matte white, sqouval nails, she Made them squared; too big for my nail beds, put gel on, dropped the celant on my nails, they are not the same length. I went about 5 days ago and all of my nails have already fallen off. read more

I was at the Hampton Inn and decided to try this place. The man gave a nice hand massage all the way up my arm to the shoulder very relaxing and made me feel sleepy - same good massage for the pedi. Whenever I checked his work he looked at it again just to make sure it was ok. He doesn't talk much which I like because I just want my nails done. read more

I would give this place zero stars. I've been going here off and on since they opened back in the 90s and it's gotten worse every time. They might as well say that they only take appointments because every time I've walked in I'm told it's a 30 minute wait (and we all know you just double that number for actual wait time). It's not a very nice salon either. About 100 flies all over in there. Not very relaxing. And the pedicures leave much to be desired. Avoid this place and go to the other place in town. read more

I have been to Lady Nails several times. I cannot express enough what a fabulous nail salon it is. Orlando is usually the young man that does my manicure & pedicure. He is great! I love the atmosphere & cleanliness of the spa. The owner is a very nice man & all employees are superb. One big "thumbs up" from me! read more
