They have classes based on pole tricks, workout, flexibility, handstands, men's club and exotic. My boyfriend and I do the tricks, workout and handstands together - it really is a good workout. You will leave their classes really sore, and you don't need to be flexible or coordinated to do it! If you saw us a year ago, we could not do ANY of the tricks they taught us and we are pretty good now. On the other hand with exotic classes, they are so friendly and welcoming! Everyone will wear their heels, sexier clothes (from just fitted shirts to fishnet tights) and they dim the lights for more ambiance. It's so fun and they go through part of dance routines step by step slowly and you can ask questions. At the end you have opportunity to record yourself for progress or just flow with the music.
