Maybe you shouldn't put pictures of stuff you don't carry, but I digress...... I ended up ordering the Teriyaki beef. When I opened the box it had this deep fried thing, curry, rice, beef and noodles. I think I may have received someone else's order? Not sure- anyway, the deep fried thing ended up being a potato and it was seriously delicious. I'm not a fan of curry but I thought the curry was tasty- not that I can compare it to anything else since I don't normally order that. Finally- the beef. Flavor was good but the meat was too chewy. The noodles were really peppery and were dried out. That being said, I will try this place again and taste some of their other stuff. I wish they had more stir fry options. Service was good. Not a super quick pick up and go type of place but they did have a number available to pre-order which I will do next time. Will update upon my next visit......

We have never been disappointed except for when we're craving it and she's not open! Tonight we had shrimp & grits, catfish dinner, fried bologna sandwich and the fried okra. The grits are nice & cheesy, topped with shrimp, sausage, onions, bell peppers and a lil bit of bbq sauce. It's very filling so expect to have some leftover for later or share with someone! The fried bologna sandwich also has a fried egg, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles and cheese on it. Bologna isn't for everyone but if you're a fan I definitely recommend this sandwich. It's like the ultimate breakfast sandwich only we had it for dinner lol. And the catfish meal...no skimping here! The pieces of catfish are generous and delicious! Comes with fries sprinkled with what tastes like bay seasoning. We love her catfish - best in Vancouver for sure! Finally, fried okra. We always get this too. Always cooked perfectly and just fun little fried nuggets of goodness. This food truck is open on weekdays usually just till 6:30 so get there early. I would have shared photos but we ate it all before I thought to!
