The hangover burrito is foul. Worst $16, I have ever spent. I am an eater & this is not edible. There was another half that I already threw in the trash. Taste like mushy frozen veggies. Barely any meat just a bunch of soggy veggies. Also for being a hangover burrito, it is so spicy. I asked for more salsa verde & the workers response was that there already was sauce. Will never go back again. For such a great outdoor settings, you would think some effort would be put into their food. Honestly pretty rough. I didnt have high hopes and didnt read the reviews prior to ordering. We just finished driving 2 hours from Tacoma and stopped at Trap Door Brewing. The tacos were very greasy. The flavor on the meat actually was pretty good. I would say the biggest downfall is the price. I love good Tacos, but when you start creeping into $3+ per taco it starts getting silly. If you are charging over $3 you should have perfect tacos. I would say these were ok tacos and therefore well overpriced. Vegetarians beware. The "no carne" dishes (meaning "no meat") are not vegetarian because their rice has animal products in it, probably chicken stock or animal fat. Very confusing, kind of deceptive. Their menu doesn't indicate what dishes are vegetarian or not. Their menu does not indicate clearly what's in each dish so you have to ask about each dish. The quality is similar to Taco Bell, but costs more. I ordered the Vegan Bowl to avoid the meat, but added sour cream and cheese. We ordered one nacho plate and four of the normal street tacos and two waters. The cost with tip : $39.00 I felt like the price was a little high for what we received. The street tacos were basically carne asada and cabbage. Not the worst, but not the best. I feel like the price was a little on the high side for what they are. Gave this food truck a shot while visiting Trap Door Brewing next door. I had the West Hills Bowl & added avocado, the Hubs had a Pastor Burrito. Both were just okay, with the meat not being as flavorful as we expected. Also, the veggies in my bowl were mostly in huge chunks so not easy to eat & no easy way to cut them up with the little plastic forks they have. Took 25 mins and received a cereal sized bowl with a tiny amount of meat--I'm taking maybe 1 table spoon of corn sized bits of overcooked meat. For $15 plus $3.50 tip this was an absolute rip off. The shredded cheese in the middle wasn't melted at all. When we asked for more chips they wanted another $2 and were full of attitude--never again.
