We came for the macarons but got so intrigued y the eugenie that we ended up getting those instead. We chose the pistachio and the rose. The pistachio was very good and not too sweet but has a strong pistachio flavor. The rose has a strong rose flavor but tasted a little too sweet for my liking. I think I prefer the eugenie over macarons. They're a little hard on top with a light cream in the middle. This place is a nice place for a treat and a small taste of the one in France, but it can be a little pricey. The lady who helped us was super nice and keep in mind it's only one person there so please be patient with them if there's a long line.

Rose macaron is amazing, coffee is just okay. But the view is so relaxing, next to fountain by the glasses . What a nice spot .

Quality exquisite macarons! It is an outside stall across from the Samsung store near the Barnes and Noble. Be aware they do not validate parking at the Americana (go to a department store or bigger restaurant or park at the Galleria). Be aware you have to pay for the box for the macarons lest you want them in a bag. Since these were a gift we just had to get a box.

I ve given 1 star because i have to draw attention to the management. On 10/9/24 at 11.50pm i was at the Americana Glendale outlet to get macaroon boxes for gift. The store attendant was inside with a notice hanging on the order window " we are on a short break, be back in 15 mins". I thought perhaps she's setting up so wanted to run quick errands there and back in 30 mins to collect. Came back after 30+ minutes back and still the same sign on & no sign of any attendant. Wanted to wait out 15 mins to see if anyone shows up. Waited for another good 25 mins & no one came in. Many ppl just like me came & left & some waited, mostly waited more than 30 mins. We checked online status and it showed operating hours are on. There are cameras perhaps the management should look into the matter.

Everyone has always told me that this place was great. It's located at an outside kiosk in the Americana, but you can park for free at the Glendale Galleria and walk over. Or you can get an hour and a half free with the validation at Nordstrom. There is a nice grassy area where you can sit down or you can sit at one of their outdoor tables. This macaroon saw sweet and soft, as it should be. I thoroughly enjoyed all the flavors of rose, lychee, and raspberry and I'll definitely be coming back!

Laduree is a picture-perfect bakery. This is one of their 2 locations in CA. This one is a kiosk located in Americana, and the other one is in Beverly Hills. Everything I tried was delicious. The bakery items are pricey, but it's a beautiful place. Will return.

I agree with a lot of my fellow Yelpers; the service is very subpar, it's terrible. I ordered online and went to the "pick-up" window and waited for a bit and the lady finally told me to wait in the "order" line even though I had already ordered. Another yelper mentioned the lines were confusing. They need to either update the sign or make another sign that clarifies this. So I waited again in the "order" line and when I showed her my pick-up order at the window, the lady was already shooing me to the side. She said, "Can you wait on the side and move over so I can help the people behind you." And I was like what, I then look behind me, and there was no one behind me. And then I probably gave a WTF look, and she was like "...oh, nevermind, I thought there were people behind you." Jebus. The lady is rude and has no etiquette. She clearly didn't care, and it shows. I understand you're trying to make money, but the customer service is a huge turn off. Focus on one customer at a time rather than shoo me off while I was trying to get my food. The pastries and desserts are overpriced, and I'd rather visit other places based on this experience. Terrible!

Super cute packaging . The flavors were very floral and fragrant . My favorites were rose and berry soooo good! I also ordered their rose latte which was delicious! Super tasty and unique , like no other rose latte I've ever had highly highly recommend! Such a cute and tasty treat. I didn't feel very bloated after it's the perfect amount of t and not too sweet :)

I had originally tried the beverly hills location at the Grove when it first opened years ago & decided to take my mom for coffee yesterday. It's the most festive time of the year anyway! This is their 2nd location at the Americana. Service was ok, not particularly friendly. Finding which window to order from was a bit confusing. Pastries are cute but overpriced. Will be back for their latte cause it was yum!

I'm sure everyone knows that Ladurée is famous from France, so of course I had to give them a try. Well, they did not disappoint! Not sure which flavor is my favorite but all the flavors are good, it's not overly sweet and has a good bite/texture. I couldn't help but feel like maybe the batch I tried was a little bit dry though? Maybe it was a little older of a batch but still good but I wouldn't go out of my way to get these. I've heard that they make them in France and ship them here. Can anyone validate this?? Will definitely need to get them whenever I visit France. They are located at the Americana and they have big free parking structures so I usually park there or at the parking structures at the Galleria across the street. Good service, quick and easy. I think it's just a quick grab and go, not sure if I saw any tables to sit at. My one complaint is that they are pretty expensive, spent over $40 for a dozen and they are not that big. I read some of the reviews and one person talks about Trader Joe macarons lolol. Well I have to agree, TJ macarons, to me, taste just as good for a fraction of the price. That doesn't mean I won't buy these, but when I do, it'll be for when I really want to treat myself or get it for someone else.

The cafe was such a cute spot to go visit with your girlfriends! We saw a lot of people come to do work here as well. The macaroons were delish and very soft. The vegan pastries overall were superb.

Pretty disappointed to see the quality of their macarons declining through the years... the macaron shells on my pistachio was browned and the feet were uneven. The filling was really sad ratio to the shells... overall the laduree here at this kiosk is just not the same anymore!

Makes a pretty gift Ispahan - comes with extra raspberry on the side. Fresh and floral tasting. Like eating perfume but in the best way possible. This is macaron sandwich with rose flavored filling pipped between fresh raspberries and slivers of canned lychee. For an $8 dessert you think it would be fresh lychee. Cons: Macaron pieces were full of air pockets in the center and crumbled easily. You have to eat this with utensils. Taste was underwhelming after that initial floral note and made for a strange flavor combo with slightly tart berries, sweet cookie & cream, and chewy lychee.

There's a couple of shared 15 minute parking spots in the parking lot, paid parking structure, or meter parking along Olympic, Sawtelle, or surrounding streets. She also informed me that I was able to get two complimentary macarons. Patisserie Of Choice: 1) Blossom: Consisted of vanilla mousse, pistachio/red berries insert, pistachio crunch, and pistachio sponge. It was too pretty to eat, but I ate it anyways. So good and soo yum! 2) Roche: Consisted of hazelnut mousse, house made praline combined with soft caramel, hazelnut sponge. Taste like a Ferrer Rocher! It's very dense and sweet, but great to eat. Not something I'll have all the time. Macarons Of Choice : I got the Cookies and Cream and pistacio. They were both good. Artelice Patisserie For Thought: Wouldn't mind coming back. I think I've tried half of the menu here lol. My go to is definitely the New York roll and the mango passion fruit cruffin. I love that they change their New York roll flavours often. What really stood out for me was how well balanced the flavours are in their fillings, especially in the New York roll and the cruffin. They also do really well with their citrus combos like the cruffin, exotic or the mango eclair. I wish there was more custard in their fruit danish and sometimes the croissants aren't as soft, possibly a little overcooked. But the pastry on the cruffin was one of the softest and most delicate I've ever had. The macarons are also great especially the yuzu, passionate, hazelnut and raspberry flavours.

Luckily because it was a Sunday, we found parking right in from r of the store. From the outside and inside it truly has the Parisian patisserie vibe and feeling, which I love! Once we got inside, we were mesmerized by all the beautiful and delicious looking pastries and dessert options. I also love that they have both indoor and outdoor seating options. We decided to sit inside, one because it was way too hot, and secondly there was this aggressive homeless man who threw a chair towards the glass window of the patisserie. That was scary! The girls working there were aware of this, because apparently he's done this a few times, where he's thrown their outdoor furniture around, so they called 911 immediately, so hopefully that won't be an issue for them in the future! Luckily no one was harmed and no glass was broken, and the psychotic man was far gone. My friend and I decided to get two different desserts. I got the pavlova, and which is one of my favorites. I love the creamy and crunch meringue and the combination of the tart berry filling inside. My friend loves peanuts, so she got the dessert that looked like a peanut, which she loved! The two girls working there were really sweet and offered us a free croissant as a compensation for the momentary chaos caused by the aggressive homeless man, which my friend and I truly appreciated. Overall, we had a great experience here, and I'd definitely come back to try some of their other desserts!
