I received a bid which was, not inexpensive, but fair. I accepted it and Vaz and Skyler showed up the next day. They estimated four days to complete the job and completed it in 3 1/2. The work was excellent. No drops on the carpet. Everything was done excellent. Now here comes a surprising parts. Since they finished the job early, they gave me a refund of some of the fee. While I won't retire on it the idea is that they felt compelled to do this says a lot about them. While they were working Vas noticed a smoke alarm that was hanging down. Vas asked about it, I told him I hadn't noticed it, but that it was difficult for me to get on a ladder due to my disability. The conversation ended. A few days later Vas showed up with a smoke detector installed it and refused payment for it. So for the quality of their work, their fairness and business practices I give NW FALCON CONSTRUCTION AN UNCONDITIONAL RECOMMENDATION.

He started on the outside, including the roof, and worked his way to the inside of the home. After he was finished, we met and he walked us step-by-step through the report. He was thorough and explain areas which required attention now, areas to watch over time and items that were worn out and needed replacing. And for each of these items he had the photos to support his findings. He also had more photos of the entire inspection so we could follow and we had the report in our email later that night. He was meticulous in his inspection. He was also a wealth of information, expert tips and suggestions We were very happy and satisfied with Chris. Chris also did our radon test.

When he was notified by our agent, not even so much as an apology was offered. In fact, no response was given at all. Watch your freezers, after this guy enters your home, folks!

They jumped right in and fast tracked the repair, all while keeping us updated on progress daily so that we could keep our other contractors on task. I have been a professional tradesperson for 50 years. I was recently hired by a client to…read morerepresent them in remedying the defective work performed by Catalyst Construction. The quality of their work, their construction knowledge and professionalism are nothing short of ABYSMAL. I contacted Ryan Klobas (the owner) with regards to his defective and delinquent work. I threated to contact the Builders Board to motivate him to show up. His response? He said that "PEOPLE ALWAYS TRY TO TAKE HIM TO THE BUILDERS BOARD, BUT IT NEVER WORKS," and then promptly contacted his attorney (who sent us a patronizing letter) instead of showing up to the job site (something he NEVER did) to remedy the situation. He bullied my female client (a mother of an infant). HE TOOK 14 MONTHS TO INSTALL 2 WINDOWS! It wasn't until I began proceedings with the CCB that Ryan finally agreed to complete (or attempt to) complete the project. I had to dry plans on his behalf (he did not seem to know how) to show him how to do a simple window installation. I specified the use of proper materials, as he had not educated himself on this common trade knowledge. I forced him to get permits and engineering for the structural damage he had done to the residence. He lied to my client, telling them that permits were "optional." HE USES A CHAINSAW AND A SLEDGEHAMMER (literally) to cut ROUGH openings into structural concrete walls. He installed his windows exactly backwards. He dug huge holes in the yard, leaving them all winter to fill up with water, which migrated into the house. He does not know how to caulk properly. He used finger-jointed (garbage) lumber, which disintegrated in 2 months time. There is not one aspect of construction, neither in the use of materials or in standard construction orthodoxy, that Ryan knows how to implement. He makes things and systems up in his head, uses materials against their intended purposes, then writes a letter telling my client that he is "innovative" by doing so, and that my client is "crazy" for suggesting otherwise. All of Ryans' employees who visited the site, refer to Ryan as "an idiot" and "a bully." One employee told me that he gotten abused by Ryan because Ryan hadn't given him the plans (which we provided) for the project. Ryan told his employee that he should "LIE TO THE CLIENT TO PROTECT THE COMPANY." Every one of his employees who attempted doing their mis-guided work on my client's house, ended up quitting, because of the way Ryan mistreated them and his clients. I am not sure where the positive reviews have come from, but I suspect they are fake. My female client was literally afraid for her safety. She experienced Ryan as DANGEROUS. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY.

The entire front siding of my home had to be ripped off and replaced during the winter when it rains heavily every day. I was highly encouraged to move forward and get it fixed before more damage was done. PacWest continues to state that I 'waited too long' to reach out to them, when I reached out to them shortly after the issue had been brought to light and repairs were being made. Please learn from my experience. When you need a thorough, complete, and knowledgeable home inspection, look elsewhere. Zero accountability and poor work product overall.
