But, until I discussed my property with them and then listed the property with brokers Terry O'Neil and Ron Ross I had no idea how really great and professional Compass is. They found a buyer within 10 days of listing my property for a selling price quite a bit higher than I expected. They know Central Oregon properties and the market very well and approached the sale with integrity, zeal and passion. Their communication was beyond reproach. I have never worked with such a dynamic real estate firm. They are the go-to realtor in Central Oregon. Even the buyer was represented by other Compass brokers in a discrete and arm's length manner.

He is unfailingly knowledgeable about the market, courteous, ethical, professional, accessible, responsive, and generously helpful, providing information and advice even when there is no transaction pending on which he could earn a fee. I know that he would never advise me to make a deal that he did not sincerely believe was in my best interest, no matter how much it would benefit him. His advice is always expert, well-considered, and sound. I feel that he is completely trustworthy. These traits are the foundation of client loyalty, which I feel in abundance toward Erich. I would highly recommend Erich Schultz, a truly outstanding real estate professional, to anyone needing the commercial-industrial brokerage services that he provides.
