When they make you an offer on what they want to buy, they'll ask you if you want cash or store credit. The cash offer was $10 less than the store credit but I just took the cash. The employee I worked with was very friendly. I appreciated all her help! I would definitely recommend!

Staff are always nice but there has never been more than 2 registers open at a time and most of the time it's just one. They have a huge selection of books....all kinds including children's books. I buy for my kids here all the time. It's just hard to find if you are looking for something specific. They keep up with items from the current season which is nice. Some prices are better than other stores bur some are not. If you sign up to be a member you get emails about current items, discounts on your order and invitations to special events. You don't want to see pictures....it's not pretty but is worth the trip if you have time to look around.

Seeing as I'm not made of money and expecting a baby, I diligently checked my bank account first and sure enough there it was, a debit for $33. The woman still wouldn't let me have my seat, even after showing her the charge on my bank account, and insisted I come back the next day so the manager could deal with it. She told me this happens a lot so I don't trust going back and using my card again, and I work a full day the next day and don't have more time to waste on this. Not only are your targeted clientele shopping at your store for a bargain because we're trying to save money, but we also don't appreciate being asked to charge our card twice when the money is already gone. my husband even tried calling and speaking to the owner only to be told the same thing. So I left without my seat and without my $33. I don't have infinite time to go back and forth to their hard-to-get-into location right off busy Main st, so it's unfortunate we couldn't come to a solution over the phone with the owner. Consider it a donation I guess, but I will never be back. Ridiculous!!

A more affordable version of Anthropologie…read more I was quite smitten with Francesca's . I've actually never heard of the store before so I stopped in on a fluke, and was pleasantly surprised. This store is totally my style. Very trendy/cute clothing and very affordable. Anthropologie is probably my favorite clothing store but I can never seem to afford anything from there :(. I would say that Francesca's is comparable in style but definitely not price :) Of course the decor of Francesca's is no comparison to Anthro but I am willing to forgo that aspect if the clothes are 50% or more cheaper. You can find cute dresses for $50 or less. They always have a 'pick of the week' and that item will be 20% off. This week was this super cute black dress that had orange fall leaves all over it. Be ready to have to look through several racks to find your new outfit. I will definitely stop by this store any time I am passing by.

I used to stop by Mills Outlet all the time and always loved the experience. It's been a few years…read moresince my last visit, so I decided to make time to visit today. I've always enjoyed walking the fabric aisles to admire the vibrant colors and unique upholstery designs. They usually have great remnants at good prices, but today, I have to say, I was very disappointed--and this will likely be my last visit. While browsing the precut remnants, I noticed an employee staring at me. I moved to another section of the table, but the same employee "coincidentally" hovered near me again. I ignored it and kept looking, determined to find a piece for a special project I had in mind. As soon as I found something I liked, I turned around to see her standing nearby, pivoted toward me, and she commented, "I see you found something." After a long day at work, I was simply looking for a quick, creative outlet to pick up some fabric for my design project. Instead, I felt scrutinized and uncomfortable. As an avid fabric purchaser who regularly shops in fabric stores from Raleigh to High Point and NYC, this was a disheartening experience. Most stores I frequent are welcoming and allow me to browse freely without unnecessary oversight. Mills Outlet, please do better. Your customers come to you for inspiration, not judgment. You never who could be shopping in your store.

I came in here of hope to sell my baby's clothes, and they were infants girls clothes I had a whole box full, and I filled out the sell form and asked for an eta and they told me later that afternoon, so I waited in the parking lot and the stores nearby, I waited three hours just to be told they can not buy any of my items bc the were not taking infants clothing at the time. Mind you my daughter who I was holding, still an infant, was obviously selling my infants clothing, there was no indication of them saying they weren't taking any infants clothes and they failed to inform me as well. Next time please inform your customers before they wait hours on a very hot day in the parking lot before you tell them you aren't even gonna buy the clothes. Nothing about this experience was kind. Horrible experience, won't be coming back.
