They were ready when we arrived and were patient as we picked our polish colors. We all had a great experience! Linda did my pedicure was very attentive - I had just finished training for and running a half marathon, so my callouses and feet were in rough shape. She shaved down the callouses and but left a little bit there, just like I asked. She was also careful to avoid the 2 almost healed blisters I had from the race. They treated our group so well, from not rushing us to start or to leave, to making sure everyone liked our colors, water temps, massage chairs, etc. They were friendly chatting with us and overall the mood was positive and relaxed. She told me initially that she would not have time to paint my finger nails 3 different colors. I wanted them black with 2 red and the right and 2 pink on the left. I was a little snappy and told her i could just paint my own nails at home if she could just remove the nails. She ended up painting them for me, and did a great job. The pedicure was not great. I didn't need a polish change. So she did like scrubbing if you could even call it that like 1,2,3,4,5,6 movements and done. She also took two 15 minute breaks where she just turned away from me and dazed off into a computer screen. Not even scrolling. She appeared to just be studying the schedule without ever changing the screen. I probably would not have noticed except for her being very clear about not having time to paint my nails in multiple colors. I just moved to the LC which is literally next-door, so I was excited about finding a new permanent nail salon close by. I will not be back here. I doubt it matters since they are very busy.

In my 15 years of having acrylic, dip, and gel nails, I have never had a set removed without soaking in acetone first. During the service, the mother was recording me from her pedicure chair after I noticed her repeatedly texting the daughter about me. As a result of improper removal, two of my nails now have exposed raw skin (see attached photo). She used a piece from a new set to pry off my old acrylics, severely damaging my natural nails. The experience was painful to the point that I was crying -- and I was still charged.

I had a appt but she was 1/2 late with another client who did not have one. She was in such a hurry, not paying much attention and just started clipping my nails so short it was too late to speak up. They are so thick and big gaps by my cuticles. She asked me if I wanted a manicure and before I could answer, she told me I didn't need one and I agreed. I was so upset and crying , I told her I just wanted to pay and go home. She then told the person in charge that I just didn't want to pay the $10 for the manicure, which was far from the truth. Another person tried cleaning them up but it was useless. I've been to so many places and they were the best so I'm very sad I will never go back there.
