The woman at the desk acknowledged the stain and put a sticker on it and said they'd take care of it. I went to pick it up a few days later and found my white shirt to have what looked like a grease stain on it. Again, the woman at the front desk was super sweet and apologized and said they'd take care of it. Few days later, my wife went to pick it up. Same stains still existed on the shirt. Never received a phone call stating they couldn't remove the stains or anything. Told my wife to come back in a few days and said they would again, take care of it. I went to pick up my shirt on 9/26. Once again, the stains were still there. This time I was met with a gentleman. He was rude and more or less said they couldn't do anything. I explained that the shirt in which they ruined, was worn once under my vest and was over $200 custom made for my wedding. He was more or less getting nasty with me even though their machine ruined the shirt. He asked if I wanted them to use a chemical clean to try and remove the stain, in which case I said just fix my shirt. Went to pick it up today. 13 days later, stain was not removed. Throughout this whole process, not a single phone call, not a message. Nothing. They ruined my shirt that I only wore ONCE during my wedding and had custom made with embroidery on it. I understand accidents happen but ruining someone's clothes and taking no responsibility for it is a business I refuse to ever give my business to again. For something so sentimental and expensive, the lack of care and communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend this cleaner if you value your clothing or expect basic professionalism.

This place returned my ~$200 suit jacket to me damaged after alterations had already begun. When I…read moredropped off the suit jacket (which was brand new and right out of the packaging) and the tailor pinned the jacket up, apparently there was no damage. Now, after the suit jacket had been in the tailor's possession for five days, the tailor suddenly noticed damage to the lower left sleeve of the suit jacket AFTER beginning to alter its length. Tailor denies all responsibility, refuses to offer any sort of compensation, and says that she cannot repair the jacket. She also did not finish the semi-done alterations, but I at least got refunded for that. When I asked the tailor what could have caused this damage, I got different answers after I kept pointing out that her offered explanations were not possible (e.g., something along the lines of "an in-store anti-theft tag being ripped might have caused it"--except I bought the suit jacket online, and the regular tags were attached to the label at the top of the inside of the suit jacket in the back, not anywhere near the sleeve). I understand that accidents happen and that it may be impossible to determine with certainty when the damage occurred. But the situation was handled poorly. Essentially, the damage was not identified until after the alterations had already begun, leaving me with a damaged, altered jacket that I can no longer return--yet no responsibility or solution was offered beyond refunding the unfinished alteration.

Inside the dry cleaners, there's a dedicated sewing and alterations room with a changing area. My initial fitting was on a Monday. It was short and efficient, but definitely not rushed--they were warm and accommodating, and clearly knew what they were doing. A few days later on Thursday, I got a text that the dress was ready! Alterations are never cheap, but Maria's skill and attention to detail make every penny worth it. I can't praise her enough. If you need anything tailored, I highly recommend Maria.
