The first time this happened I thought it was a fluke, the second time was worse. Both dresses also caused me literal pain from how poorly they were altered. One day he was gone and the place looked like a disaster. I reluctantly left my suit and asked to have it that Thursday. I drove there, it wasn't ready. Drove back Friday. No suit. I called Saturday morning and the lady on the phone sounded confused and embarrassed. She thought it might be ready by 11am. I called several more times. Not back yet. (She admitted they had sent it somewhere else.) finally she called at 4pm Saturday. It was back. When I got the suit home it seemed like it was cleaned, but it was terribly pressed. Clearly whoever handled it was rushed, at best. I'll have to drive further, but I will never use this cleaners again.
