Some people may have been lucky and had good experiences here, but I did not, beware: if Enoch makes a mistake, his stance is that the customer is always wrong. I brought in expensive technical motorcycle gear with explicit, printed instructions and reference photos, that we went over together. He completely ignored them and our discussion. He first sewed patches on the wrong pant leg, and secondly sewed straight through my jacket's internal mesh, permanently sealing the main interior pocket shut and ruining its functionality. When I reached out in good faith to resolve the damaged gear, he refused to stand by his work. Instead, he falsely claimed I knew the patches would be on the wrong leg and the pocket would be sewn shut. Enoch then told me to stop messaging him as "I'm just looking for conflict?!?" He then ignored my final offer to let him fix it. This was not cheap and I paid up front, I didn't negotiate the price, as I was expecting the price to match the quality. This was unacceptable tailoring, even the stitching was a hack job. Based on these reasons and the atrocious customer service I decided to reach out to credit card company and open a dispute, which I've never done before. Do not trust this shop with tailoring your garments. If they ruin it, you will first be insulted and then on your own to find someone to fix Enoch's tailoring malpractice.
