Here's the updated version:…read more --- **** I brought two purses with broken zippers and I couldn't be happier with the results. They replaced both zippers beautifully. The stitching is clean and even, the new zippers glide smoothly, and the match is so good you'd never know they weren't original. You can tell they care about quality. Both purses feel sturdy again, and they clearly handled them with real care. Turnaround was quick and the price was fair for craftsmanship this good. I was worried I'd have to give up on two purses I love, so I'm thrilled to have found this place. I'll definitely be back, and I'd recommend them to anyone who wants a repair done right.

I should have listened to the reviews. I hope you listen. I needed new soles on my Fabi shoes. I showed him the woven structure of the shoes and he said he could take care of it. I paid him $20 of his $80 service and he returned my shoes with holes in the seam and only glued the new sole over the woven part leaving gaps in the seam. Water, dirt, and other elements can get between the layers. I pointed this out and he said "oh if there's a problem just bring them back". Why the hell would I do that?

I needed to get a bunch of shirts and pants pressed and figured I would go to the closest place to me, and, living in Volo, this was it. I am glad I decided to go here. Above all, the employee that helped me was what made it great! Helpful and friendly made for the perfect combination. She noticed i was not in the system and asked if I had recently moved to the area. when I said I had, she welcomed me to the area and commented on what a nice area it is. She was also very accurate in making sure she knew what I needed with each article of clothing. When my wife picked up the clothes, she also said how nice they were. Now, I realize many people will say, who cares, how were the clothes? I can happily report that they all came out great. I asked for lightly starched, and they were. Creases were all correct. Fold were correct. My shirts actually looked newer than when I dropped them off! As far as prices, I had 3 pants pressed and 10 shirts pressed for a total of $31.00, which as far as I can remember seems about average. This is definitely my new permanent cleaners and I would recommend it to anyone in the area.
