Tried multiple times to contact this dealership by email about a truck they had listed and never…read morereceived a response. Eventually I drove in to see it myself. The parking lot setup was chaotic with very little direction on where customers are supposed to park, and the driveway was extremely tight and difficult to navigate. A salesman approached me and seemed annoyed to even grab the keys for the truck. Beyond that, there was basically no effort to help. I asked a few questions and was told he'd look into them, but I never heard back. He didn't ask for my name, number, or anything. I had to ask for his card myself. A couple days later I reached out to two more salespeople and even made an offer on the truck. One replied saying he'd get back to me, and then never did. Honestly, it felt like they had zero interest in actually selling vehicles.

The onset was with an eager salesman doing his job. All the…read morerest became very downhill within a couple of days to terrible, ridiculous and non caring towards their customers. I will start with, I am a terminal cancer patient that simply needed a larger vehicle to get from the south side to the north side of town for treatments. My current vehicle being a little smaller I was unable as I have to lay down to be transported. I shared this with them. I test drove several cars until I decided on the car that I ended up purchasing. Within 2 days, the vehicle started to shutter. I had it inspection at Valley VIP and it was determined that it needed a new transmission. Of course. I asked if they were going to take care of that and they quickly came to the conclusion that it was my fault because I picked that vehicle. Therefore, they would not help with a transmission. However, I could come into their shop and pick something of equal value. After three weeks of going back and forth no definitive answer was given to me even about picking another vehicle because they need to find out what was on their lot. I never got any answer or a phone call from them. I left message after messsage. When I did get hold of JD I was told he will call you right back, he's busy, give him 20 minutes, give him 2 hours because he needed to speak to the owner. I asked for all of my money back. I was even willing to give them $500 dollars off of what I paid. So they would make some form of profit. That, of course, was denied per the manager per the owner. My last phone call with the manager, JD, did not go well. Because I had left in Yelp review that wasn't great for them. In fact, it was probably a whole half a dozen words, but because it was negative, I was told again it was 100%. My problem 100% my fault that I picked a car that was a piece of junk, and they had zero interest in helping me whatsoever. That conversation was witnessed by my sister, who was actually with me and I had the phone on speaker. Neither she nor I could believe this conversation that I was having with someone who should be, professional. But what this all boils down to is a company who could give a crap about their customer. They got a sell, they got a sucker, and that is all that mattered. Now I sit here $6500 less in my bank account with a vehicle that I can't even sell to someone legitimately without telling them that it needs a transmission. Who would buy that from me? So at the end of the day, i'm out money, i'm going to be out more if I choose to put in a new transmission. I would NEVER recommend Valley VIP. No pre inspection was done on this vehicle. They literally bought it from someone then pushed it to some other person. I want my money back Be honorable, be caring, give a shit about your customer.

At the time of purchase I expressed we would only buy this if these things were fixed, at the time this was agreed upon. . After giving us the run around for 5 months full of excuses. "Trouble finding the parts", then all the repair places he works with are weeks behind, to now I didn't agree to pay for any repairs and the repair places he sent me to told him the clutch was fine. Driven the car only 6k miles and the clutch is gone. These guys always push an extended warranty and tell you "everything's covered" completely lying to your face as most things aren't covered like wear parts which I knew about hence why I agreed to buy the car with those 2 things getting fixed by them. Even if you have proof good luck getting them to do anything for you.

TK Auto Sales - I bought this Honda Civic. I really like this car. This guy helped me for two days test driving cars. I believe his name was Brian.Thank you

Had the car for only 4 months and the engine light started flashing, it normally stayed on solid, knocking noise under the hood, sputters like it wanted to die. I called them and told them and even sent a video of the noise and asked since it's only been 4 months, I hadn't even driven a 1,000 miles on it if I could bring that one back And switch out. I was told it was up to the owner. Well I have been trying to get a hold of TK the owner since April 29th 2026. And it's always he's not here, I'll have him call you.NEVER HAVE HEARD FROM HIM TO TJIS DAY. Yes I understand As Is but I have bought many cars from lots and they have lasted 4-8 years, I'm on SSI, I have mobility issues and it took me a year to save for down payment, Every person I talked to on the phone has told TK I've called but he refused to call me back. They are very unprofessional and not helpful at all. I noticed that a lot of the time the lower ratings are females and they don't help at all. They came and got the car after days of me trying to get some help. I saw other reviews from men where they got a different vehicle after something happened within 3-4 months of having it but I got no help, no acknowledgment of me calling daily for almost 2 weeks just wanting to talk to TK and he told his employees I don't want to talk to her just keep telling her I'll call her back and he never does. It's so messed up. But they'll get theirs in time. Karmas a bitch and so am I.

Autonation did seem to agree on the 5 day/250 mile warranty... But, to help me with it was far from seen, I had to find parts and the gauge cluster is hard to find as many know. Autonation dragged thier feet then refered me to ford dealer. To find problem. I wanted original roush gauges, then left to me. I did not drive it due tue issue. Still after 3 weeks its now sitting in my shop. I've been trying to comunicate with the used car manager and twice responded with nothing other than refering to the salesman. No help in any way. I love the car and will keep it but good luck with any help from manager on any used car issue.. Now autonation finance is another issue, I got my first payment notice. Called to pay off loan at $11,046. They refused to take a full payment. Said i could only process $10,000 but in two $5,000 payments. ( those were back to back, like why not one payment) Leaving a ballance of $1,046 and refused that, say i had to wait a week. Never in my life have i had any issues of this nature. I do want to add it is a very nice car. Just did not get much cooperation.
