The only thing I ever repaired on it outside routine service was a fuel pump when the truck had well over 124,000 on it. I am happy as a clam with the crew at Snevas and will no doubt get my next truck from them. No game playing and you won't be jerked around like at most dealers.

We were told the car ran perfect, and it had no problems, but at the end of the first day, we started having transmission problems and it wouldn't turn correctly. Two weeks later we brought it back to them because there were so many problems that we were just overwhelmed, and they said "it was bought in good faith, and sold in good faith", and the car was As Is! We told him we had faith that it worked, and we took his word that it was in perfect working condition, for 8 grand for that old of a Jeep, it should have been, and now, it was falling apart, so he had his mechanic look at it, and said there was nothing wrong with it. I just found out that they had 5 codes erased off of the computer for major problems, the transfer case and transmission are bad, and they won't help fix the problems at all, I don't know what to do, or how to fix this, but I warn anyone buying form Sneva's Affordable cars, they are CROOKS, and they are not in it to help people, and they will say anything to sell a car. I give them ZERO stars, they are the worst car dealership I've aver dealt with. and if you do go there to look at a car, and you want to take it for a test drive, just know, they make you sign a piece of paper, that states, "you can only take it for 15 minutes", so your mechanic can't look at it, and if you are gone longer, they charge you, and you have to sign it or you can't take it to test it out. If they would help us out by fixing the Jeep, or letting us get into another car, we'd buy up, but until they make an effort and try to make things right, I will spread the word to everyone I know, and go to the BBB with it also!

I was pressured to consider the repair and was even offered a partial "goodwill" discount. Because the diagnosis was so serious and expensive, I sought a second opinion from an independent mechanic I trust. That second opinion found: * No transmission failure * No case half leak * No need for transmission replacement The actual issues were: * An overfilled transmission * A drain plug O-ring * A hose clamp Had I not gotten a second opinion, I would have paid thousands of dollars for an unnecessary repair. That is deeply concerning. I was told the pink siliconesealant that showed in the blurry. Pictures was a leak and it's not. I'm sharing this so other customers know to get a second opinion before authorizing major repairs from this dealership. Based on my experience, I no longer trust their diagnostics.

The vehicle had just stopped running when we had pulled off of the freeway to refuel. Scott and his team helped us to find another vehicle that would work to carry my trike and a bike that we had been carrying on the trailer hitch rack. They didn't have a vehicle that was able to carry this. The courtesy driver helped us to get a U-Haul van that fit everything with room to spare. The service team got the vehicle in and made the diagnosis within about five minutes. They let us know what it was gonna take to make the repairs and when it was going to be complete. Everyone here cares very deeply and does a great job. I asked if there was any possibility that they had another vehicle similar in stock. The sales team checked right away for me and they did not have a similar vehicle with low mileage. The entire staff was amazing. When I came back to try to pick up the vehicle when it was complete I had to drop the van back at U-haul. The courtesy driver was on another pick up and the Out of the box thinking of Scott found me another driver to help me get back to the service department so I could get my vehicle. I recommend you use them if you want a Mercedes or Porsche or have the need for service on your vehicle.
