Then I discovered an oil leak. Within a month I had to buy all new tires. The tread was still fine they where apparently just old and brittle just dressed up to look like they were in good shape. The next month was a new a/c condenser. ($1,000). 2 months after that my engine blew despite getting oil changes every 2,000 miles. Turns out it was heavily modified cheap aftermarket engine. nothing about this showed up in any of the maintenance records they provided or I found online. $10,000 + later on car with 50,000 miles on it.

When those two months came and passed I called asking for an update. after confirming my information I was informed that the person who handled their titles was out of the office. This was the beginning of over a year of calling them and receiving the same run around. He was always out of office. I even asked what hours he would be in and called at the appropriate time only to be told the same spiel. I live an hour and a half away and after six months of getting the run around I went in and all they did was offer to give me fresh temporaries. This was only a bandaid for a wound that needed stitches. Soon after I was able to get in touch with their title person who, I found out, was one of the owners. He gave me more excuses about how there was a hold up with the DOL. I waited patiently for another six months before finally being beyond fed up and filed a complaint with the Washington DOL. I was then pointed towards filing a claim against their dealership bond. It was only after I filed a claim against their dealership bond that they got me my title and plates, two days after they had been contact by the bond. What this tells me is that they had the ability to get me my title and plates before this due to the speed at which they were able to acquire them when they were threatened with financial liability by the bond agency. In the end, I received my title and plates in Feburary of 2026. This was beyond unacceptable. I have never written a bad review but have been so incensed by the entire ordeal that I felt it was my duty to inform others before they make the same mistake I did by doing business with this auto dealership. Believe it or not, this is the spark notes of the entire process I was forced to go through to use the vehicle I had purchased.

We just bought a Ford Expedition and a Honda Pilot from them. Best car buying experience ever. We found 2 vehicles that were perfect for us. The prices were great and Mike Gill gave us an awesome trade-in price for our Subaru. Both vehicles went thru their on-site shop. There were a few things on the Ford that they gladly took care of. After we drove it home, we noticed something funky with the electrical system. Called Mike and he had us bring it back up (no hesitation or hassle at all) and the shop guys took care of it. They went through the Honda and did the maintenance work, that needs to be taken care of at 150,000 miles, new timing belt, new water pump, and several other things. CDA Wheels is a small family owned business....we support local business! They are friendly, honest and in my opinion go above and beyond for their customers. We have recommended CDA Wheels to several people who have bought cars from them and we will continue to do so. We had a lot of fun, working with Mike. We also worked with Dave (Mike's brother), Karen (in the office), and a couple of guys from the shop, were all great. On 07/08/26 I traveled 245mi from Eastern Oregon to test ride a very specific motorcycle. Due to my…read morestature there were only two motorcycles within a 50 mile radius of each other that would really fit me well and had all the features I needed on it. When I got to Harper Motorsports the staff was incredibly nice. The staff was also eager to answer any questions I had and wanted to accommodate anything I needed. I did decide to go ahead and buy the motorcycle I had originally come to see. The staff was absolutely wonderful and insightful with the financing process. Harper Motorsports was also very translucent about their as is policy unused vehicles and or motorcycles. Agreeing to this. I signed all the paperwork, financed the motorcycle and went on my way. I live 245 mi away. So about 100 mi into my journey home. I noticed that there was oil leaking on my motorcycle boots. The suspension on the front of the bike did start to alter mildly. Because of the time of day that this all transpired. It was becoming dark and I still had another 150 mi before I was going to be home. Instead of turning back or calling the dealership. I just went ahead and headed for home. The next day when I got up I inspected the bike and found there were a couple of issues with leaky oil. For one. There was a motor oil leak that none of us were aware of at the dealership. There was also very significant oil leakage from the fork sills on the motorcycle. That day I reached out to Jared from Harper Motorsports and alerted him of the issue. Although the bike was sold as is, he was instantly very concerned and admitted it was an oversight on their behalf that their mechanic must have missed it. Even though the bike was sold as is, Jared said for me to go ahead and check out what I needed to get checked out and get back to him. I took the bike to a mechanic and it did have an oil leak and it needed some fork seal and forks components replaced. At the time when I was communicating with the mechanic and Jared, it's important to note that he was traveling abroad celebrating an anniversary with his wife, but he still took the time to communicate with me while he was overseas. Once I got all the details back from the mechanic I shared that information with Jared and he did Express that he would get back to me when he got back to the States. Although the bike was sold as is. Jared said they recognize that they didn't realize how bad of a problem there was with the bike and even I didn't notice it there, but they wanted to make it right and that their family core values and reputation are very important to them. Harper Motorsports kept me a check for a very significant amount of money when they didn't have to to help cover repairs and the trouble and time I would be out of having a motorcycle. I must say this is very unusual and it's not likely to occur often, but they went above and beyond to help me and it is so greatly appreciated. I can't express what a wonderful family business and terrific service this company has. I highly recommend to family and friends.
