As I expected, I am not surprised to find that there are other reviews of the absolutely HORRIBLE customer service at this store. I concur with Pretty Miss Meg T., and I must've had an encounter with the same woman whom she refers to. After trying on various items, nothing fit properly and I re-hung ALL the items back onto the original hangars, as I would in any other store. Then, I browsed through the shoes at the back of the store, and there was a sign that said "additional 25% off". I asked for clarification from this woman (who later became an absolute witch) who confirmed that there was, in fact, an additional percentage off. In addition to this, she pointed me to these bins filled with shoes which were also on sale. The bins were located in this tiny alcove and upon approaching, I noticed that MANY shoes were strewn about, so much that there was really nowhere to crouch to look through these bins without stepping on shoes. I pulled out a pair that looked decent but couldn't find its match, so I sifted through the bins and pulled out maybe 6 or 7 shoes. By that point, I was getting frustrated at not being able to find its match, as well as the mess I was crouching over. At this point, the same woman who pointed out these bins asked me if I needed her to find the match. I said, yes, please. She then goes behind the front counter to get it. If I had known the match would not have even been in the bins, I would've asked her this in the first place. But was there a sign expressing that some shoes may have matches stored behind the front counter?? No. So at this point, I followed the woman to the counter. I told her that I would be right back, as I was going to head to the ATM next door, and this is when she said to me, "When you come back, would you mind putting all those shoes back in the bins??" I was STUNNED. And shocked, to say the least. Because when I first approached these bins, it was a pigsty. Since I wanted to purchase these shoes, I kept my mouth shut, and returned a few moments later. I went straight to the back to put back the shoes that I pulled out... but then felt it was ridiculous to go through ALL of them, since most of them weren't even pulled out by me in the first place. So I left some sitting there. And that's when this other woman says to me, "Can you put them back in the right size bins??" That's when my patience died...and I said to her, "You know, when I first came up here, this area was an absolute mess...and I don't feel like it's my job to put them back!" And she said to me, "Well, if you try them on, it is!!" And I told her that I have never been told that before in any other store, ever. I proceeded to the checkout counter to purchase these shoes and to get the heck out of there. And this young girl checked me out. While I was making my exit, the first woman suddenly walks up next to me, and asks me if she can talk to me. By this point, I'm so stunned by this entire experience and just want to get the heck out of there, that I tell her, "No, you cannot." By this time, we are standing in front of the store. I then say to her, "I will never shop in this store again, as I have never experienced such RUDE customer service in my life." Then she says to me, "That's what I was going to tell you - to never come back here again." Again, STUNNED at this crazy, CRAZY woman... who, by the way, is blonde, and seemingly anorexic. We then exchange some words, and she is saying things to me like, "We don't need people like you..." And all the while, this frail woman is shaking, and I can see the bones sticking out of her neck. I then yell at her, "TOUCHE!" and proceed to my car. Thank GOD I only spend $10.83. I am just very thankful I didn't spend more money in that dumb store. I would highly, highly advise shopping elsewhere. Stuck-up, snooty women with nothing better to do than order their customers around. read more
