Please be cautious--they may withhold your eye prescription until you pay a bill they claim you agreed to, even if they cannot provide proof that you actually authorized or agreed to pay for the procedure. It really takes the wind out your sails to go through a complete eye examination and then be told you owe money that you excepted the insurance to cover and the office saying you signed and you know you did not and they can't show it to you! Just be aware! However, I will say the office manager called me and apologized for their mistake of not having me sign to pay for cost that I didn't have to have and they gave me no choice about.
