I actually called in and asked after the due delivery date had passed, where were my glasses, and the customer service person flippantly said he didn't know, and that it was the fault of UPS. He admitted he had no idea where my glasses were. FURTHERMORE, the same rep told me he couldn't possibly keep track, and call to notify customers of the delay. Excuse me? That is PRECISELY your responsibility, sir. You so flippantly claimed that it wasn't your responsibility, and you didn't have time to follow up with every customer. Your negligence in following up with UPS then contacting the client when delivery isn't met is precisely the definition of your job. Now, I have to follow up every day and talk to this person everyday to find out where are my glasses. Not doing this again. That is all.

In Ohio, our son was…read moreterrified of going to the eye doctor, as they didn't explain things well and were impatient with him re: immense fear of eye dilation. Here, they provide an option of having a photo taken of eyes instead of dilation (at an extra cost). This was a welcomed alternative and saved us all a lot of time and tears, too. As someone who has never worn glasses, Dr. Best explained to me what she was doing and why, and answered any questions I had without a lot of medical jargon that would make me scratch my head in confusion. After the eye photos, she even had my son come over to look at the pics and ask her questions. He thought that was super cool. He (shockingly) told me as we left, "That was pretty fun, Mommy!" Whatttt?! We were seen very quickly and the appointment only lasted about 30 minutes, including picking out and purchasing new frames. Speaking of, there was a pretty big selection of youth frames, which was refreshing. They were all fairly affordable (most under $150) and ended up being fully covered by our insurance. Thrilled to have found this office, with high-tech exams, and highly empathetic staff.

Dr. Best and the staff are friendly, helpful and really listened to what we said. I have dry eyes and my husband has had two cornea transplants and a cataract. Dr. Best was familiar with his prior conditions of kerataconus and Fuch's dystrophy thus the transplants. She did some extensive testing that we'd never had done before and diagnosed the issue causing such eye fatigue and neck pain I'd been having. The office was clean, well organized, quiet and there was NO overcrowding in the waiting area. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for eyecare in the area.
