I actually called in and asked after the due delivery date had passed, where were my glasses, and the customer service person flippantly said he didn't know, and that it was the fault of UPS. That is PRECISELY your responsibility, sir. You so flippantly claimed that it wasn't your responsibility, and you didn't have time to follow up with every customer. This time it took 85 minutes to see the doctor for simple eye exam for glasses. The actual eye exam took about 6 minutes. I can't think of any reason to come back here other than forgetfulness. Hey siri, remind me a year from now to find a new optometrist.
