After checking in through the mobile check-in, I was called back within 5 minutes. I had a lab test done over 3 hours and almost every lab tech, including my main one, checked on me throughout my waiting period. I had two different lab techs for 4 blood draws - Ana and Jesus - both were kind, efficient, and accurate. I absolutely will come back here for more labs if needed.

The technician (mom thinks her name was "Ida"), went above and beyond as there was an issue with the prescription mom brought with her. I presented my order to the receptionist - who quickly took my information. Within 5 minutes, the phlebotomist called me back and my labs were complete. Due to Florida Blue not being covered by most facilities, we had to take my one year old grandson there. The woman was polite but had to fish for the vein numerous times. My poor little angel had several broken blood vessels on his face from screaming. While petechia of this nature is generally not cause for concern, he's never cried like this even for immunizations. If Baycare is going to cut Florida Blue for lab draws, Quest and Labcorp both need to have pediatric trained phlebotomists on hand.
