At 10:00 am I walked up to the desk to ask how much longer I should expect to wait, and was told my time was 10:30 am. At 10:15 am, the lights flickered for a second, and it completely shut down their computer system, requiring a reboot and further delaying their ability to check in patients. The waiting room was full the entire time, standing room only at times. This was for a pre-employment drug panel...urine in a cup. This is the third time in a year I've had to do this, and I have set these up for literally hundreds of candidates. Not since the height of COVID have I heard a candidate having a wait time longer than 30-40 minutes at other facilities. Literally ANY other testing facility is faster and more efficient than LabCorp.

However, from experience my longest wait so far has been 20 minutes, which honestly is minimal. Once they call you back, the rooms where they draw blood are clean, comfortable, and very efficient. The staff is positive, friendly and so very efficient. Plus everybody so far has been very very professional meaning no pain at all, no marks, no blood, no nothing other than in out and done with a smile. Highly recommend this location.

First of all, the person drawing my blood was not very professional, alot of goofing around,…read morelaughing etc with another worker while drawing my blood. I would not make a big deal about that normally but after a week and not seeing my results even in an 'in progress' status I called Quest and was told there was something wrong with my collection and they did not run any of my tests. My doctor is very thorough and ordered so many tests, I had about 20 vials collected and they did not run a single test from all of that blood that was drawn and after being stuck 3 times. They created an incident report but I'm sure I will still have to go back and have all of this redone.

I waited and I was called in at exactly my appointment time. Fortunately for me, the Labcorp personnel asked if I had ever been to a Labcorp, which I had not thinking that everyone takes my insurance, but I found it my BCBS was out of network! Thank God she was attentive because I would've gone through with the lab work and gotten a huge bill. I would definitely recommend this place (if my insurance covered it) because it was clean, no wait with appointment and courteous and professional staff.

I have crappity crap veins that take a phlebotomist 4, 5, 6, 7 times of sticking me or moving the…read moreneedle around in my arm before getting a gosh darn vein. I notice those rare phlebotomist who get my vein with one poke just so happen to put the tourniquet on a little bit more snug than those who poke me several times. So, when I got Micala as my blood drawer, I knew with confidence that I wasn't going to get jabbed 25 times before my blood could be drawn, because her tourniquet skills were aligned with all my previous experiences of only being poked once. Let me tell you, I am so grateful for her and the sparing me of multiple pokes! So, the point is, if God gave anyone else veins like me who sometimes have to go through the suffering of being poked a jazillion times, I HIGHLY recommend Micala drawing your blood. She is a one and done kinda gal, atleast she was for me (thank you, Lord!).

Several times I have made Apts and I wait a long time to be called. When I asked the tech she said…read morethat they call people as they come up in the system. I said that I made an apt and it that it has been close to an hr waiting and she said that they do not look at that and just call people as they arrive. It I give you the courtesy of scheduling an apt, then I should expect to receive the same courtesy back. I work for a living and I have to wait to make an apt at a later date so that I am not waiting there for a long time. If quest can't honor their scheduling then I will no longer be a customer. There are other options! Get it together! Other than this, their work and attention is wonderful once they call you and they are quick, but the management of the queue is a big problem.

I had a wonderful phlebotomist named Nenita who put my worries at ease, she was very kind and very thorough and only pricked me once and I was done in 10 minutes!
