Hands down the most miserable experience with a lab. Checked in at 8:15 am using a kiosk that advised me my appointment time would be 9:45 am. At 10:00 am I walked up to the desk to ask how much longer I should expect to wait, and was told my time was 10:30 am. At 10:15 am, the lights flickered for a second, and it completely shut down their computer system, requiring a reboot and further delaying their ability to check in patients. The waiting room was full the entire time, standing room only at times. This was for a pre-employment drug panel...urine in a cup. This is the third time in a year I've had to do this, and I have set these up for literally hundreds of candidates. Not since the height of COVID have I heard a candidate having a wait time longer than 30-40 minutes at other facilities. Literally ANY other testing facility is faster and more efficient than LabCorp. read more

if I could give zero stars I would. waited three and a half hours and was never seen. no one there seems to care about patients. information was incorrect upon sign in as usual even after updating again. they give you no information about the wait and no one sits at desk for questions most of the time. horrible place. read more

This was my first and last time coming to this location, I had an appointment yet I had to wait to be called in. the nurse that did my bloodwork did it really fast and now two days later I woke up to this really bad bruising on my arm read more

Labcorp - Bruising in my arm and all they said was to put ice on it, I should get a discount for this nonsense! - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Wesley Chapel, Florida

I went to the LabCorp in Wesley Chapel at exactly 1230. They close at 2:30. I came from Brooksville because I had another appointment down in Tampa so I figured my blood work here and they told me they cannot take me because apparently it's too full. It would've been nice if they put some type of alert in the system before I got out of my way to drive there , but the front desk is also very rude as well especially the Indian girl I wish I got her name. When I went and asked her because apparently it was bc of insurance purpose she said it was bc they were full!! SO, Another girl came talk to me. The girl that was there previously didn't want to speak to me. I wonder why???? read more

This place is closest to our house so we have ended up going here a few times out of convenience, but going forward we will just drive further. I've been a physician for almost 25 years and know what healthcare delivery should look like. This is not it. The customer service is so bad. They appear understaffed so the people who are there are just unfriendly and unhelpful. Their processes are inefficient. There are other places to get labs done and I'd recommend finding one of them. read more

Awesome! Fast! Lisa was very fast, professional, courteous, and on her game!!! She drew my blood without me even knowing it practically!! WOW, she is awesome! She knows what she is doing!! read more

You have to check in using their computer system. Once I completed scanning my ID and Medical card, computer stated it could not get all of my info from taking pictures of my ID??? After waiting over 30 minutes, and 2 people going in before I did, I walked to front desk to ask receptionist, why? She stated I had not answered all the questions; and therefore, NOT checked in??? If their computers cannot work properly, they need to have staff check people in to avoid these mishaps. I walked out and will never return. Staff was not apologetic and not accommodating for mistakes. Staff is rude and does not care to do the right thing after their system failed to check me in. Avoid these offices if you wish to have a good experience. read more

the employees deff hate their job and it shows in the way they serve the customers in this community. long wait times, no restroom, no wait times or helpful information provided at check in and you're basically told off for asking. save yourself a headache and use quest. Also the lobby was very dirty. I visited at 1030 on 7/28 and the front desk attendant was so unhelpful and very rude. read more

Isis was great. They didn't have butterfly needles, but she got it on the first try. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and personable. read more

The front desk lady was the worst ever I met ever, after I get a message to come in, I have to wait for another 90 minutes with 6 months baby. and many guests walk in after me and go directly to labs just because they know the front disk worker. my visit was on 03/05/21 afternoon. read more

I've been going to this same location for years. Had an appointment for today at 11 am. Got in for testing at 11:30 so 30 minute wait. Not as bad as if you do not make appointment prior to going. They have a new check in system that you enter your info and scan your photo id with insurance card by yourself. It seems to make it faster for you as well as the staff. Everything seemed to go good. Hopefully the results come out the same! Thank you... read more

they lady at the front desk was very rude and wasn't professional at all...she said my name wrong 3 times and then laughed about it and she was rude to another woman who came in to drop something off. there was definitely something racism in there but that's a little of everywhere. i would not recommend anyone coming here and i will not be back, i only came because i needed to get a drug test for my new job so yeah and the ladies kept treating wrong like following me into the bathroom and staying in there and letting people go before me even though i was there before them. i was sitting down for almost an hr and there were only 4-5 other women sitting in the lobby but nope 0/10 don't recommend read more

Jalpa, Kristin and Lori are amazing. I despise needles, literally pass out anxiety attack when I need blood drawn. They are the greatest and most caring group of people that I've ever been to. Best of all my fear of needles has gone way down. read more

Overall I had a good experience here. I brought my newborn son in to have a heel stick and I'm not sure what the nurses name was. But, she did a great job with him. Mind you my son does not cry as much as most newborns especially from being pricked and prodded. Overall, my experience was fast and painless. And the lady as well as nurse was very nice . read more

Today I took my four month old in for blood work. No biggy, since my first has the same medical condition. As they get ready to draw from him, the tech takes down her mask to talk to him. I'm extremely upset since my family has been strictly self isolating since March. She put my infant and the rest of my family at risk. Other than that, the other tech found his vein immediately and he did amazing, no tears! read more

Only had one nurse on staff which resulted in a long wait time for a simple employment drug test. The checkin staff also had a very short temper with customers. read more

The front desk lady that was on duty on 4/6/21 at 3:15pm is so rude and unprofessional. I walked in at 3:15pm and she was refusing to take me although the sign says you close at 3:30. she kept saying "we packed up everything and about to close". And I stated it's 3:15, not 3:30 and your sign says you close at 3:30. She tried to get me to go else or come back tomorrow, and I refused because the sign said you close at 3:30. Someone else walked in behind me and she told them they were closed. I am assuming he did not see the sign like I did. Very unprofessional and bad for business! read more

Awful check-in process and about 20 people in the waiting room. A sign said there was only capacity for 10 people due to Covid. They desperately need a full time person to check people in. Despite the fact that I had an appointment, they could not tell me when they'd be ready for me and just said they were doing their best. I did get called only about 15 minutes after my appointment time. I am giving them four stars because their phlebotomist Jennifer was great. She was friendly and I hardly felt the needle. I had to go for work-related labs but if I had to go back I'd ask when they are least crowded. read more

Walked in for a pre-employment drug check and I was out in less than 15 minutes. The Check-in system was easy to use and the ladies in the front were very nice. The sample collector was also really nice and efficient. read more

The worst clinic I've ever been to. The manager was rude and so was one of the employees. The front desk lady made a somewhat better for apologizing on behalf of the manager, but how a manager can have the audacity to yell at someone for nothing is beyond me. read more

This has to be one of the worst places in the whoooole world to get tested. Look how many bad reviews they have out of so many people. Let's first start off by the greeting you get from the front desk, HA what greeting? THESE PEOPLE ARE AS RUDE AS CAN BE. you sit down and they don't even tell you what's going on. With a waiting room full of 10 other people pissed off and complaining too. I will drive to the other location in the near future! I WILL NOT come here ever again. read more

Wish I could give zero stars. Slow is not the word for this place. I waited an hour for a simple blood draw and I had an appointment. Several people in the waiting room had been there over 2 hours. read more

You can't even walk in without these people having an attitude about you not having an appointment. I waited 45 minutes before I asked how much longer and the witch behind the glass said I'm better off making an appointment. Another guy that was waiting before I got there was on crutches and his arm was in the sling and asked how much longer because his appointment was at 7:30 and the lady said you'll just have to wait running behind. How can you be running behind when there's five people behind the glass in the place opens at 7 AM. The time is now 7:58am. SMH! read more

Forget making an appointment. I made one for 10:45 AM and still waited over an hour. Quest Diagnostics is a lot better if you need lab work done. Quest is more organized and quick. Will never go here again. read more

Worst place ever to have to do lab work no one is ever at the front desk. Wait time to speak or see a worker is beyond ridiculous. As a health care worker and paying customer I can only wonder how are they still in business? read more

They have really bad reviews but my experience was nothing like what others mentioned. I did not have an appointment and I knew they opened at 7 so I got there as soon as they opened. There were 7 or so people already ahead of me. I signed in at 7 and was out of there at 745. There were only two staff members but granted they just opened for the day. Both of the ladies were very professional, didn't get an attitude vibe from anyone of them. I think the both did great and to think the previous reviews already had me on edge about going to this location. read more

Had to come here for quite a bit of lab work! Unbeknownst to me, my doctor ordered a urine sample, even though I had just come from a drug and alcohol screen at Quest Diagnostics. The lady who was going to collect my samples was super-duper nice and patient and gave me some tips on what to do so that I'd be able to give them more pee! She waited almost thirty minutes and was happy to collect as soon as I was ready! She also explained the billing and insurance to me thoroughly! She was friendly and gentle! Great experience! read more

I feel bad for the staff, the location is not properly staffed by Lab Corp. Had an appointment at 8am and was not seen until 9:30. Waiting room is packed with angry people who have been fasting and are now having to wait prolonged periods. Be forewarned, you will wait for a longtime to be seen. read more

So rude, it's ridiculous. With an appointment they still tried to tell me they were closed for a simple urine drug test and it was only 11:30. They don't say anything and talk down to you just tell you simple steps and leave you to do the rest. The express check in wasn't working and there was nobody at the front so we had to wait 15 minutes just to check in. Tried telling me if I'm not ready to pee right now they can't take me. They have the rudest employees I've ever seen in a clinic like this. Never coming in here again read more

Why let someone make an appointment if you aren't going to honor it. People have jobs too. The long wait is ridiculous. After over an hour past my scheduled appointment I asked the guy at the desk how much longer. He said he had no idea, he had to check all the people who just walked in the door in first. Seriously?!?! I left. I don't want someone that incompetent coming near me with a needle. I will NOT go back. I'll pay extra to go somewhere else. What a complete waste of time. read more

Just left here. Was told they don't have appointments after 3pm, but I have an email confirming that I made it for 3:15pm. On top of this, I was told they can't take me today and rebook for another day. When asked what I need to do differently I was told to just book it again. Ok so I take time off work again, schedule an appointment, and hope and pray they can take me? This is beyond unacceptable. What do I make appointments for in the first place if they won't honor them? Why does the online system allow for appointments for times after the allowable time the facility will take you. The lady behind me was turned away as well. Place is a joke. Avoid this one at all costs. read more

They open the doors @7am. I signed in at the front desk @709. They are slow and none of them can even crack a smile. @730 they called me up to the receptionist and told me that they don't start to do any drug test until 800. So now I have to wait an hour even though they are slow and not that crowded! Unacceptable! No where is it posted that they don't start drug tests until 800. Not even on their website either. People have stuff to do. This place is like going to a morgue. They make it feel like the customers are there because of something bad. As if you are a criminal. I'll drive an hour before coming here again for any thing for my job or school requirements. read more

All but one of the reviews I read was negative, and I was dreading my appointment. The one positive review, written by Amy D., who has issues similar to mine, recommended Brandon. Brandon and Jalpa were at the desk, and I was politely greeted with smiles from both. Brandon went out of his way to be accommodating; the draw was fast and painless. My appointment was for 9:00 am; I left at 9:15 am. Can't ask for anything more. I highly recommend both employees. read more

The website states that walk -ins are fine, IF YOU WANT TO WAIT WELL OVER AN HOUR !! Don't even bother without an appointment, and even then I saw people waiting 30 minutes. If you can, go to Quest, much faster even without an appointment. Unfortunately, my insurance makes me go here ;( read more

Great staff!! Only problem is they always open late. Then they check everyone in before they will start taking people. Normally at least 15 people waiting so it takes a while. I get here before they open to use as little vacation time as I can but always end up using a few hours for a 2 minute blood work check. read more

I went with my wife to do lab work. we sighn in fine with no problem. and when call by the front desk we ask her if they took my work insurance(tampa general hospital) she say yes they do. so we got everything done. few weeks later I went in to do mine lab work done and did the same thing. and again ask the front desk and again they say yes they do. few month later I got two bills from them saying we owed almost 2000 dollars for the lab we did. and I call LabCorp and they say they don't take my insurance. LabCorp is lying to costumers cause if they would of tell me from the beginning that they don't take it I would of go to my job. that's not fair how they do people like this. I call them and they say I have to pay or do a payment plan. don't know what to do if anybody has an idea of what to do. this is not fair. read more

Brandon did my labs. I told him I didn't like needles and if I looked I would pass out. He told me not today and he was right. He got it on the first try and was bone in under a minute. I had an appointment and was out of there within 5 minutes of my scheduled appointment time. Thank You Brandon for doing a great job and making me feel at ease. read more

The staff is rude and uncaring, and they don't honor appointments. They just slowwwwwly work their way through the sign in sheet and respond rudely if someone has questions. I've been sitting here for an hour past my appointments nonentity time, and I still haven't even been checked in. When customers ask about an estimated wait time, the receptionist has been extremely rude and dismissive. Avoid this place if you can! read more

We have been there multiple time for labs for our children, they were always friendly. They were able to draw the labs on our 5 month old without any difficulty. Jalpa was very friendly. The wait times are always tolerable even without an appointment. I was even late to drop off a specimen, and they opened the doors and took it on a Friday after hours. Talk about awesome customer service. I really don't know why this place has bad reviews, I have never had a bad experience there. read more
