At 10:00 am I walked up to the desk to ask how much longer I should expect to wait, and was told my time was 10:30 am. At 10:15 am, the lights flickered for a second, and it completely shut down their computer system, requiring a reboot and further delaying their ability to check in patients. The waiting room was full the entire time, standing room only at times. This was for a pre-employment drug panel...urine in a cup. This is the third time in a year I've had to do this, and I have set these up for literally hundreds of candidates. Not since the height of COVID have I heard a candidate having a wait time longer than 30-40 minutes at other facilities. Literally ANY other testing facility is faster and more efficient than LabCorp.

However, from experience my longest wait so far has been 20 minutes, which honestly is minimal. Once they call you back, the rooms where they draw blood are clean, comfortable, and very efficient. The staff is positive, friendly and so very efficient. Plus everybody so far has been very very professional meaning no pain at all, no marks, no blood, no nothing other than in out and done with a smile. Highly recommend this location.

I would not make a big deal about that normally but after a week and not seeing my results even in an 'in progress' status I called Quest and was told there was something wrong with my collection and they did not run any of my tests. My doctor is very thorough and ordered so many tests, I had about 20 vials collected and they did not run a single test from all of that blood that was drawn and after being stuck 3 times. They created an incident report but I'm sure I will still have to go back and have all of this redone.

I waited and I was called in at exactly my appointment time. Fortunately for me, the Labcorp personnel asked if I had ever been to a Labcorp, which I had not thinking that everyone takes my insurance, but I found it my BCBS was out of network! Thank God she was attentive because I would've gone through with the lab work and gotten a huge bill. I would definitely recommend this place (if my insurance covered it) because it was clean, no wait with appointment and courteous and professional staff.

Sure am glad i found Physicians Stat lab on Water St. The receptionist was very helpful, told me they took Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance and did my paper work for me. The other places they want you to do all that yourself, thus eliminating someone's job. Well the waiting room was full so I expected a long wait but she called my name in ten minutes, she took my blood and urine sample and out the door i went. When it was time to go back the tech was comforting and caring to him as he was nervous and so was I. She talked him through the whole process and within minutes he was done. There was a line of people in her waiting area and she never once seemed frustrated or unpleasant. We were self pay as my son does not have insurance because it would be close to $400 p/m to add him on mine. They offer extremely reasonable pricing for their tests and Wednesdays are HALF PRICE!! My first time ever at this BayCare location. Convenient to where I live…read more I needed a CT scan so I called BayCare. My husband loves BayCare so I figured I would give it a try. The person I spoke to for their outpatient imaging was really nice and helpful. She was able to get me an appointment a week out which was perfect. She provided all the info that I needed to know to prepare me. Once I arrived I was directed to the outpatient imaging center where I was greeted with a warm welcome. Those ladies at the front desk are so sweet. I got checked in and the wait was not long. Alicia came out to get me and took me back. She and Matt were awesome. The provided me with the step by step of what to expect. Loved that because I was a little nervous as this was a scan with Contrast. Everything took about 5 minutes. I really did not have time to continue being nervous. That's how efficient they were. Thank you Alicia, Matt, and Tracy for being so awesome.
