I presented my order to the receptionist - who quickly took my information. Within 5 minutes, the phlebotomist called me back and my labs were complete. In February, when I got the results from Life Line Screening, I could not understand the result digits and called the phone number listed on the paperwork. I spoke to the respondent who recorded my phone # and promised me to pass it on to the right person. No one called me back. Today, 3/5/2020, I called again and left a message with another staff member. I did not get back any phone call. Then I called my credit card and disputed the charge. I do not plan to use that health provider any longer which became too big to accommodate their customers.

I asked that she be removed from their system, as she's in an assisted living facility and is not competent to enter into any contacts. I've now discovered that they're again contacting her on her cell phone and setting up appointments for tests. This company is clearly taking advantage of those who are unable to protect themselves, and I plan to notify the Florida Attorney General's office.
