Apparently appointments are meaningless, but I did get plenty of stink eye from the receptionist.

The service was nice and fairly prompt but the secretary did not enter all of the blood tests our doctor ordered. The lab slip was for a comp med Panel, CBC and a complete thyroid panel and all they did was a TSH and CBC. read more

Closed during normal business hours... at this location and petaluma. They don't realize some people travel far to get to their location! And they don't pick up the phone. Very disappointing service..... read more

Got off early at work so i could show up early for my appointment ready to take a pee test for a new job. Proceeded to wait in a chair for 30 minutes for them to tell me that my chance to take the test had expired while i had been sitting in the waiting room. Thanks for nothing. 0 stars read more

Only ever been here once, don't plan on returning... although the ladies were nice, the phlebotomist did a HORRIBLE job. Totally blew my vein while digging around. Then kept digging & the blood was literally slowly dripping into the collection tube & she said I must be dehydrated. I am well hydrated, trust me. By the time I got home my vein was a HUGE hematoma. I've never had such a bad bruise from a blood draw. Just the fact that she kept trying & digging around in the same vein after it was already blown is cause enough for me to go elsewhere... read more

Labcorp - Day after bruising - Laboratory Testing Near Me - Santa Rosa, California

I had a great visit here. The main front of house gentleman Justin is fantastic. He is pleasant, engaging, and always on task. He walks around to help the older clients with the computer kiosk. He was training a new employee and was nothing but calm, through, and friendly. The lab is clean, the employees who took my blood efficient. The newer gal took her time finding a good vein which I appreciate. At the end of the day I'd rather have someone take a little mire time than blow a vein. I would for sure come back to this location. read more

Easiest lab experience of my life. I was a walk in around 8am on a Friday. The check in kiosks are quick and easy. After sitting for maybe 5 minutes I got called up to complete my check in and got taken right back. Larry was my phlebotomist and he was amazing-fast, painless and friendly. I will definitely come here for any labs in the future! read more

Larry is amazing at blood draw! I do have hard veins and after a horrible experience at a different lab I was excited to find this lab Although others have tried Larry can consistently step in and do the draw! read more

Larry and Justin and super,! I was so stressed and worried about taking my 8month old for his 1st blood draw. They made me feel so much better about the whole process, they are experienced and helped my son be comfortable with them before starting the process. I am so glad I came here for this, my experience could have been worse elsewhere. Thanks so much guys, you deserve a raise hahaha :) read more

I've had some pretty bad experiences with getting blood drawn, so it's something that I dread. Both times I've gone they've gotten it the first time. This is definitely my got to place for lab work. read more

They are always super nice and efficient. I admit being something of a baby with needles- and their people are so good, I never mind getting blood drawn there. Highly recommend. read more

I hate needles, I am in pain and I am pregnant, great combination. Debbie made me feel like it was nothing! She did it quickly and kept me calm at a time that was nearly impossible. Thanks Debbie and everyone at Labcorp in Santa Rosa, you are wonderful! read more

In and out in 15 minutes: now that's a good lab. There appeared to be only one employee this day. She entered my information in the computer and then followed me to the back for the blood draw. Painless! If a flood of customers showed up, then there would definitely be a problem. Four stars for me arriving on a lucky day! read more

Anthony - thank you for taking care of me. He has a great touch and makes getting blood drawn as "painless" as can be. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful - this is the place to go if you need bloodwork. read more

hello lab Corp,, Mr red nike man and his Guy jason hooked me up phat with the blood draw. great work, nice guys, five stars, thanks again read more

I was sent to LabCorp for a pre employment health screening. The staff at LabCorp were fantastically helpful, kind, considerate, and completely professional. read more

The SH office is a joke. The tech is very unfriendly and making an appointment is meaningless. I had a 9 am appointment and she said others had been already waiting so I had to wait until they were all done then she took me at almost 9:39. Each time I have come here (for convenience), I swear I will never go back. This time I mean it. I'd rather drive to SF than deal with this. read more

I was very pleased going to this Lab very easy to check in very friendly staff, They made my little guy feel very comfortable and we were in and out in 20 min. read more

Larry at LabCorp is truly the best. He is so positive, patient, thorough, and is a very talented phlebotomist. I went in with a 23 vial blood draw and he didn't flinch despite the intricacies of the draw, I am an extremely difficult stick and the fact there were multiple types of tests being done (frozen, multiple urine tests, etc). Thank you Larry! read more

Took my grandmother here and the receptionist was talking to her friend on the phone, didn't even greet us, then continue to answer her cell and talk about how her friend is in in jail. Who answers their cell phone with a room full of patients . Pretty unimpressed with the professionalism here! read more

Quest user, wanted to try Labcorp: First visit-- in and out in 15 mins, profesional, easy, worked out great. Also they fax results instead of snail mail. read more

I had to visit this labcorp three times in one week for pre-employment purposes and they were absolutely wonderful each time! Both their clinical skills and professional demeanor were excellent! read more

I'm always anxious getting my blood drawn what more for the glucose testing that they have to poke you 3 times. This place is nice. All the staff here are accommodating, friendly and very fun. Larry is very nice and gentle when he was taking my blood drawn. read more

NObody wants to do labs, but if you have to do them, do it at this location. It really is in and out. The ladies are fast, courteous (even when busy), experienced and it is no problem if you ask for a butterfly - so ask! If they've run out, they'll find the next small size. No big deal. I've had phlebotomists give me attitude or not want to accommodate me when I've asked for a butterfly. I figure my insurance is paying so might as well make this as 'pleasant' an experience as possible. I've never gotten a gnarly bruise here, either. And they have Saturday hours! read more

I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get my blood drawn. I really appreciate their expertise and efficiency.
