My husband pulled a muscle in his back and was in terrible pain, so after a weekend urgent care visit, we went here for some medicine and treatment. It was one of the worst medical visits I've ever seen. We saw Leslie Brouillette, a nurse practitioner. We explained the situation and that urgent care had prescribed Tramadol, which wasn't working, and asked that she give him a different medication. She snarkily replied, "I'm not giving you any opiates." Um, what?! All we asked for was something--literally ANYTHING--different than what he had already tried, and she treated my husband (who had not been to the dr in over 3 years, mind you) like he was an addict begging for drugs. And then she prescribed Tramadol AGAIN and told him to take Tylenol as well, like we hadn't tried that already. She also pushed and pulled his arms and head in a rough, inappropriate manner that certainly didn't help and very well could have made him worse. Even a layman can tell you that pain is your body's way of telling you not to push it, and she literally did the opposite. It was painful just to watch. I have never seen a medical "professional" so unsympathetic and arrogant. We will NEVER be going back. read more
