I won't say which lab I go to but I go without an appointment and I've never waited more than a half hour. My wife insisted on Quest so the first time I came in we waited two hours and we were informed that my daughter needed to fast and no beverages for at least an hour which our doctor said no fasting necessary. So we came back three days later and my poor 8 year old daughter had fasted for an hour and now we have been waiting for another four hours on top of the first hour of fasting. That is no way to treat children. Plus they have called us every day since our first visit and asked us to call them back, but they call after hours and when you try to get a hold of them during business hours it's impossible. Quest you are doing a horrible job and should be ashamed of yourselves. I will never come back here again!!!!!!!! Terrible care for children With all that being said it wasn't the staff's fault, they were understaffed and they were doing their best. Yay staff, BOO Quest. UPDATE After the countless hours of waiting two different days they ended up messing up both of the tests that they were supposed to do. So my whole experience with Quest was a waste of hours of my time and my poor young elementary aged daughters that patiently waited with me for their tests. Never again Quest, never again.

I took test Friday AM and it took their lab till 2am Sunday to receive my sample, and they still have not sent results 13 hours later. I have no symptoms so I'm not isolating, nor was I told to... but this seems very irresponsible for them to not to be getting my results yet, AND they say they only keep results for two days after they get them. What if i spread or contract covid before results? What gets me is these little fly by night companies that come around doing testing OR vaccines for that matter, are making mega bucks off of our tax dollars by way of insurance companies paying these little outfits because insurance gets reimbursed by government Whom tell us it's FREE ( Not free).
