He's super knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about my well-being. He took the time to explain what could be causing my pain, what my options were, and what would be best for me. He showed me every exercise I needed to do at home, explained how many times a day I should do them, wrote everything down for me, and provided links to an online PT program. He always follows up, keeps track of my progress, and if the pain continues, he recommends other steps to take. Anytime I have a question, he responds in the same day with clear instructions, which I really appreciate! I can tell that he truly wants to help me feel better and live pain free. He's always on time, takes his time during our sessions, and makes sure I understand everything. I've never had a physical therapist who cared this much, and I feel so lucky that he's the one helping me. The request was for some mold sampling and a report on the conditions of the air in my rental unit. At first I thought this is really expensive I don't know? I made the decision to proceed and I have to say that the quality of the work they did Far exceeds the price they charge! It was very simple and quick to make an appointment they arrived they did the testing they were gone seemed like in no time at all 2 days later the report arrived. After reading it and sending a copy to several people who were curious as I am about what's going on here I just could not have imagined the amount of information that the science they use revealed mind boggling. I know more about mold then I ever thought I would I also clearly understand what's going on in my own home now I know How to go forward! I Lknow how to handle this from now on. That is comforting and reassuring being given the tools to deal with important issues at home. I'm so sick of the store!!! I have to find somewhere else to get my photos done. More often than…read morenot they've lost my photo projects, they never have the photos done within the hour it says online. Most recently they told me that they stuck magnets and photos in the same envelope together and sent me on my way, I knew that wasn't true but I was in a hurry and didgot home of course the magnets weren't in there. Today I was told because my order was so large it got pushed to the back so they're doing everyone else's order first so even though I placed my order this morning and it's now 3:30 PM I have to wait another hour because they're so busy they need to help everyone else first. Talk about shit customer service and shit procedures. Someone needs to call weights and measures. Not only that they waste my time and gas today but the web sight says 1 hour photo and this isn't the 1st time my photos took days not hours to complete.
