The fire alarms don't work there are notices to call 911 in case of fire. The carpets in the common areas are gross, the food is subpar, Melvin who was in charge of the dining room left a few months ago; he always made sure to welcome everyone, have fun banter, no more of that. Anna Bell, Allezmoy, they are gone too. I always felt secure knowing my mom was taken care of when they were employed there. It is actually depressing. They have no more piano player, exercise cancels frequently. The billing office is ridiculous; the invoices are different every month by a thousand dollars. I am moving my mom sadly. It was a good thing I had done an inventory. Spring Lake did not seal off her room to anyone but her family. When I confronted the Director about the theft, she told me I was upset about my mom's passing. I suggested she look at the log who went in and out of the room. I also told her that I had already notified Santa Rosa police , they took my report seriously. It turned out the CNA that took my Mom's jewelry also stole from others. If you put your parents there , make sure anything of value does not move in with them. Ask them for their policy on what happens when your loved one passes . It's bad enough to have a sudden death of your loved one , you also do not need to have a crime committed against your family .

Also, if you're happy eating just breakfast and lunch, your monthly allotment will cover that. Dinner on its own uses up the daily points but is abundant, varied, and you can also fill up a container with your favorite things to take home. Why there are not more 5 star review of this amazing, 40 years old place, is really hard to understand. If in doubt, come check it out! :o) That said, there is usually a fairly lengthy waiting list.

They seem to rotate through cashiers every 4-6 months. We will have one steady guy there all day most everyday until one day he is just gone. And there is a new guy. There have been one or two girls as well that have cycled through. Most of the cashiers are fine. Some are great! Some are really bad. The bad ones are either very unfriendly, smelly, messy, or all three. The store hours seems to change a little with the crappy cashiers. Closing early I mean. The bad ones don't clean the store well. Don't stock it well. Seems like there is no one governing this chain of stores. I believe there are at least 11 of them around Sonoma county. And there does not seem to be a website for the the company for me to complain to. So now it's on Yelp. It's all I got.
