Best decision I made. Came on a Friday around 1pm and was out of there in no time. They have kiosks where you can scan your ID and insurance card which was very nice because the check in process was all no-contact. My bf's first visit was a huge waste of time. Sure we should all know not to eat prior to getting our blood drawn but that should be part of their protocol.. to remind their patients! I went to get my blood drawn at Kaiser and I didn't have to fast beforehand. So really, the patient doesn't really know when they should and should not fast. This establishment should get on it and when calling to remind patients, they should remind them (or send a letter with huge words reminding patients to fast)! Second visit was a breeze. This has always been a great location with nice staff. I appreciate all LabCorp has done to make the experience of getting your blood drawn safer during Covid. Staff cleaning surfaces, 6 feet apart signs, wearing PPE, etc. Unfortunately, the time I was there another patient was not wearing a mask and despite the posted signage and a request from another patient - the staff did not speak up or request the woman to wear her mask. She did not wear a mask during her time at the facility. This made me feel very uncomfortable. I hope additional resources/training can be provided to staff to minimize these occurrences and allow a safe environment for all involved. read more

The staff here is always great. I have never had an unpleasant experience at this location. They were very kind and patient with my children which as a mom is very important. We went to get our labs done today without an appointment. We expected a long wait, it was a short wait. Checking in was easy, Pearl greeted us and also was the phlebotomist who did a great job for my husband. Sara, was my phlebotomist and was also very professional, gentle and friendly. I can't really tell what the troubles is with employees who work at places like this. Their disgruntled nature seems to be same across the board wether you visit Lab Corp, Quest, etc. These folks ARE considered part of the health care industry and yet they always lack the kind chairside manner that we expect. The front desk is always by far the worst. Well this place is no exception. I checked in online and waited in my car. I was summoned via text as they were ready for me- allegedly. I come inside and wait with about 12+ people standing around who also got the same summons as me. You aren't greeted nicely but it's more of a "too bad, we're busy now give me your orders and insurance card. Now standby to standby." The building is nice and I've been drawn before by a nice guy so two stars for this. read more

The phlebotomist, Christina H. is truly an angel (she was literally an answer to my prayer as we were driving to LabCorp). The patient is my 77 year old special needs brother, who also has Parkinson's Disease, which causes a tremor (so a moving target for anyone attempting to draw blood), AND, his veins are typically difficult to hit. Additionally, he has had some traumatic lab draw attempts in doctors' offices and labs, which causes him to be more anxious about having to have any blood work done. At one doctor's office a few years ago, the nurse tried unsuccessfully three times, and then it took the doctor two more attempts before he got the blood sample. Recently, at a different doctor's office, the nurse tried twice unsuccessfully, my brother fainted, threw up when he came to, and threw up again as soon as we got home. So it is against this backdrop that Christina H. came into my brother's world. I filled her in privately about some of my brother's history, and his special needs before she called his name. She was very kind, and treated him with dignity and respect. He asked her if she is a Dodger's fan, and she said, "Yes!," so he felt like he was in friendly territory, which helped him to relax a little in her presence. Most importantly, Christina's technique was absolute perfection, which was captured by the confused look on my brother's face when we told him she got his vein on the first try. He was perplexed because he said he didn't feel the sting, and she wasn't needing to move the needle around under his skin to try to get the blood to flow. When Christina H. was done, she pointed out to my brother that she was wrapping his bandage in "Dodger's Blue," which delighted my brother. The relief in all of this as an advocate for my brother brought me to tears. My brother has had to endure so much. Having Christina H. treat my brother with such compassionate professionalism AND to have her be a "sharp shooter" who made this blood draw his easiest ever is absolutely priceless! Thank you from the bottoms of both of our hearts. Needless to say, the next time my brother needs blood work done, we will return to LabCorp in San Dimas, and we will request Christina H. Because of this experience, I think that my brother will not only NOT be anxious going into his next blood draw, he will probably be looking forward to getting to return to see Christina H again! read more

I made an appointment online, & since I wanted an early AM time slot I wasn't able to get a date until about 2 weeks later (fine by me because I was trying to avoid a needle for as long as possible). So the day finally came... 7:45 - I arrived I checked in on the Kiosk, which was super easy & fast (you need your drivers license or ID for that). 8:00 - Time of my Appointment 8:07 - They called me in 8:13 - I was already back in my car and on my way to work. It was so painless and effortless. I didn't catch the name of the lady who drew my blood but she was wonderful. Looking back, there was nothing to be scared about at all. To the people complaining about the receptionists... yeah they weren't super friendly but they weren't rude either. And to be honest, they were getting people in and out fairly quickly --probably BECAUSE they weren't stopping to have small talk with everybody. Fine by me. Can I give this place a zero? People already expect a long wait for walk-ins. But their system is down and all I hear is this guy Trevor complaining about the software erased all "standing orders". So Trevor proceeded to call their customer service and everyone in the room heard the lady's name and birthday. Talk about HIPAA. On top of that, there's only three people working in this place. Two are in the front complaining about the system while there is only one person in the back actually getting blood work done. There was about a page long of people waiting. read more

It can be a breeze coming in IF you're prepared and familiar with technology. I suggest you schedule an appointment before coming in to avoid waiting. You'll also need your appointments details to check in via iPad device. I waited less than 5 minutes to be called and was out within 10 minutes. I walked in with no appt. I used the check-in kiosk. Some people were happily helped by the receptionist if they had trouble. Everyone was kind and helpful. My bloodwork was done quickly and it didn't hurt! Thanks. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I have been to MANY LabCorp locations and I have always dreaded doing this. Easiest most convenient experience getting my blood drawn that I've ever had! I came as a walk in around 1 PM and was in and out within 25 minutes. Wish I got the gentleman's name that drew my blood but he was so great and quick! Front staff was nice as well. Very pleased with my visit. read more

This used to be my main Lab Corp but now I avoid coming here as much as possible. There's always an issue/error. 90% of the people don't know how to properly use the computer system and are typically in a bad mood. read more

This Lab Corp is a really good location. They always treat my daughter with respect and understand her fears when she is getting drawn. The morning line can be busy because everyone is fasting so if you're coming first thing you might want to remember that everyone is there for the same thing, everyone is fasting, and everyone has places to be too... make an appointment ahead of time if you're in a rush. My daughter didn't have an appointment and it was about a 20-30 minute wait which I think is fair in the morning. The staff was really fast but did their job well. I recommend them! read more

I've lived in San Dimas for 33 years. Up until LabCorp opened in San Dimas, we've been sent to other labs. The old labs were usually packed, often their staff was rude and their service was not as fast or professional as LabCorp is. None of the old labs could hold a candle to LabCorp. One was in a room about 5 x 8 feet (about the size of a small full bathroom); It had three or four chairs immediately in front, but many had no choice but to stand. At LabCorp, San Dimas: They are rarely "too busy," They are pleasant and always ready to answer any question you may have. The place is spotless and well organized. If you have to wait a few minutes, the waiting area has many comfortable chairs. The staff is professional in their work, and contrary to what some of you have said, are friendly and helpful. My husband and I are seniors-each of us has humorous chronic conditions (and worse). We come here on average 2 to 3 times every month. I suspect some of you who have complained haven't been here more than onces. read more

I went there for regular blood work and found every single member of staff to be terse, deadly serious, and acting as though they couldn't wait to get out of Dodge. Seriously, not one single smile or greeting that could be described as even slightly pleasant. I've been to funeral homes where the staff was more pleasant. They just acted dead serious and had an attitude like "get in and get out". I noticed they behaved that way with every customer there. I do believe the minimum requirement for any customer service job should NOT be to act like you hate your job and can't stand being there, but that's just my opinion LOL read more

I have been to this facility several times. (Apparently my doctor thinks my life long dream is to become a pin cushion.) I have this thing about having my blood taken as I am afraid of needles. The front staff and phlebotomists have always been very friendly and kind. Most importantly, they are quick and it has never hurt! I have had my blood taken at another facility where the phlebotomist did not know what she were doing and left a bruise the size of Milwaukee. I am happy to say, this has never happened here. :) *Make an appointment online! The waiting room was unusually crowded the day I came in, and they took me right away. I was so paranoid having to take my baby to get her blood drawn but from the girl at the front to the amazing phlebotomist MICHELLE! I have a fear of needles and haven't gotten blood drawn in 15 years. I was really hesitant and scared to go in here but they were so accommodating to my needs. They have a bed if you'd rather lay down while they do it. They also have butterfly needles and are just super gentle. They try to find other areas like the top of your hand or your wrist to make you comfortable. They talk you through the procedure and are just amazing. Getting blood drawn is still not my favorite thing to do, but if you have a fear of needles please come here! they are so kind and accommodating. and I got a cute dog sticker on the way out. I wish I would have gotten the guy's name who helped me but he's amazing. read more

Would be a five star LabCorp location except for the somewhat reserved receptionist, who did not greet us or make eye contact as we walked in to a near empty waiting room...Maybe she was hungry? Why so many businesses have a staffer as their receptionist and nurse tech who is not very friendly to customers is mind boggling...We are not there because of her--she has a gig because of us pesky customers...The issue points to a lack of good training by Lab Corps...The rest of the staff was great...Phlebotomist Tinia did a great job, she is friendly and efficient...The waiting room is large and comfortable--if you make a online reservation you will not have a long wait--a few minutes at most! read more

Super Friendly staff, clean, and no wait time. I had to come here for my glucose test and it was the best Labcorp to be at since I had to wait 2 hours. The glucose drink was cold which made it easier to take down. I will be coming down here for all my lab work even if it's a 20 minute drive. read more

This was my first visit with Labcorp. I usually go to eQuest. Front staff were directing patients to check in on the kiosk. Elderly and disabled patients were having difficulty, looking perplexed and voicing confusion. The two staff up front, who were not assisting any customers, kept their eyes in their computer and did not acknowledge the patients. Other patients got up to help the patients that needed assistance. There was no clear direction, a lack of customer service and automation being more trouble than it was worth. When the two women did interact with patients, their tone was rude and they never smiled. The bathrooms were already dirty at 8am with urine on the floor and seats. My phlebotomist was rough and my routine blood work for my physical actually hurt. This experience made me feel like we were all treated like cattle. When I need bloodwork in the future, I will let the doctor know to refer me back to eQuest. read more

My husband had to take our newborn for a blood draw because they were unsuccessful at the Glendora location. Pearl and Jackie were top notch. They were patient, compassionate and professional. This is the worst lab around in the area. Their customer service is non-existent Take your business elsewhere. Other Labs are more professional and provide a way better experience. I would recommend both the Covina and Pomona locations over this location. Also witness an elderly couple really struggling with the whole kiosk check in system and the employees told them there was nothing they could do, it was a requirement for them to check in with the kiosk.
